Terms of service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They are the principal agreement governing every Dale Works purchase and Service.

By completing a purchase, paying an invoice, accepting a proposal, selecting a purchase option, activating access, scheduling, or using a Service, the customer confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agrees to this policy, all other Dale Works policies, the current product description, the selected variant, price, payment schedule, renewal or Initial Commitment when applicable, dates, scope, proposal, invoice, and written purchase information.
Cancellation structure: the 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. Recurring monthly renewals are governed by the separate 15-day advance cancellation requirement.

1. Provider, location, and definitions

Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.

These Terms govern the website, inquiries, purchases, proposals, invoices, custom work, software, courses, recordings, monthly Services, payment plans, communications, and related features offered under the Dale Works trade name.

  • One-Time Purchase: a product paid once, including the Digital Course, Live Group Classes, DaleJobs, and the three Make Your Business Look Professional variants.
  • Recurring Service: Get Customers or Remote Business Support billed monthly after its Initial Commitment.
  • Initial Commitment: one month for Get Customers and two months for Remote Business Support.
  • Fixed Payment Plan: four monthly payments of $975 for one complete Private Sessions purchase totaling $3,900. It is not a subscription.
  • Purchase Record: the accepted checkout, invoice, proposal, payment link, subscription record, or other written purchase information.

2. Eligibility, formation, and acceptance

  • The customer must be an adult with legal capacity. A purchaser acting for a business represents authority to bind it.
  • Information and payment methods supplied must be accurate, lawful, current, and authorized.
  • Dale Works may reject an order reasonably believed to be fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, technically impossible, or outside available scope.

The agreement includes these Terms, the Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, the current product description, selected variant, price, payment terms, Purchase Record, approved scope, and written changes.

Completing a purchase, paying, accepting a proposal, activating access, scheduling, or using a Service confirms that the customer read, understood, and accepted the agreement.

The customer is responsible for knowing and monitoring the billing date shown in the Purchase Record, order confirmation, subscription record, invoices, and prior payment history. Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and linked in Dale Works informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other service communications. Failure to open an email, review the policies, or monitor the billing date does not extend a deadline or create a refund.

A specific accepted Purchase Record controls over a general term when it is more specific, except that rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

3. Current catalog, prices, and scope

  • Build a Successful Business: Digital Course $59; Live Group Classes $399; Private Sessions $3,750 paid in full or four monthly payments of $975, total $3,900.
  • DaleJobs — Estimates, Contracts and Project Documents: $499 one-time.
  • Remote Business Support: Part Time $2,500 monthly for up to 80 hours; Full Time $4,500 monthly for up to 160 hours; both have a two-month Initial Commitment.
  • Get Customers: Presence and Customers $950 monthly; Customers and Complete Growth $2,250 monthly; both have a one-month Initial Commitment.
  • Make Your Business Look Professional: Business Ready $999; Professional Business $1,999; Ready to Grow $3,499.

Prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and the total charged amount appear in the Purchase Record. Future prices may change, but an accepted One-Time Purchase, Initial Commitment, or Fixed Payment Plan is not retroactively repriced.

Descriptions, images, mockups, examples, timelines, and sample documents are illustrative. The selected variant and Purchase Record determine the actual scope. Dale Works may correct errors before fulfillment and will handle a material change to an accepted purchase consistently with applicable law.

4. Customer information, communications, cooperation, and materials

The customer must provide complete, accurate, current, lawful information, materials, access, instructions, approvals, addresses, and availability required for the Service.

  • Contact information may be used to answer inquiries, administer purchases, request information, schedule, deliver work, provide support, collect valid payments, send notices, and resolve issues.
  • Operational communication may occur by email, telephone, account notice, approved project channel, or SMS when permitted. A telephone number does not by itself create promotional-SMS consent.
  • The customer must review facts, claims, prices, licenses, images, documents, quantities, addresses, and final materials before publication, signature, printing, distribution, or use.
  • Customer delay or non-response may extend dates, pause or archive work, release assigned capacity after a paid period, or require additional paid work. It does not create non-delivery or eliminate valid obligations after the Cancellation Period.
  • The customer retains ownership of original supplied materials and grants Dale Works a limited license to use them only to perform, document, protect, and enforce the Service.
  • The customer represents that it has all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases needed for supplied content and data and must not provide scraped, purchased, infringing, misleading, or unlawful lists or materials.

5. Payments, outside costs, and start of work

  • The customer agrees to pay the accepted price, taxes, recurring charges, fixed installments, approved extra work, and authorized outside costs.
  • The customer must maintain a valid payment method. A failed, reversed, or disputed charge does not automatically cancel the agreement or eliminate a valid balance.
  • Dale Works may suspend future work, sessions, access, licenses, installation, delivery, or support while a valid balance is overdue.
  • Advertising, domains, hosting, applications, software, platform charges, telephone, SMS, printing, shipping, duties, photography, video, and other external costs are included only when expressly stated.
  • Charges paid directly to an outside provider are governed by that provider and are not Dale Works charges.

Work may begin after payment through scheduling, reserved capacity, onboarding, research, planning, writing, design, editing, account preparation, configuration, course access, software setup, document preparation, or printing preparation. Work does not need to be visibly delivered to be considered started.

6. Make Your Business Look Professional

Business Ready, Professional Business, and Ready to Grow are customized One-Time Purchases. Only the elements stated in the selected scope are included, which may involve a website, business information, professional email, profiles, logo, portfolio, presentation, cards, physical folder, bilingual work, forms, analytics, files, revisions, or training.

  • The customer supplies and approves all business facts, access, images, services, markets, claims, and contact details.
  • Domains, hosting, applications, printing, shipping, photography, and other external expenses are separate unless expressly included.
  • New direction, new information, additional pieces, migrations, rebuilds, or extra revisions may require a quote.
  • Timelines begin after required information, payment, access, and approvals are received.
  • After full payment, the customer may use final custom deliverables, subject to third-party licenses. Dale Works retains reusable systems, code, templates, methods, drafts, and internal files.
  • Source or editable working files are included only when the accepted scope expressly says so.

7. Get Customers

Presence and Customers is $950 monthly and Customers and Complete Growth is $2,250 monthly. Both have a one-month Initial Commitment and then renew monthly until canceled.

  • Only activities in the selected scope are included, which may involve content, design, publishing, profiles, pages, campaigns, forms, tracking, reactivation, reporting, and adjustments.
  • Advertising spend and external platform costs are separate.
  • The customer must provide truthful materials, lawful claims, access, budget, approvals, service capacity, and timely handling of inquiries.
  • Dale Works does not guarantee inquiries, calls, messages, estimates, appointments, customers, contracts, sales, revenue, profit, reviews, clicks, rankings, or platform approval.
  • Examples, averages, and objectives are not minimum guarantees and do not create refunds, free extensions, or results-based compensation.

8. Remote Business Support

Part Time is $2,500 monthly for up to 80 hours and Full Time is $4,500 monthly for up to 160 hours. Both have a two-month Initial Commitment.

  • The customer buys managed remote Service capacity from Dale Works and does not directly hire or employ the assigned person.
  • Dale Works manages assignment, compensation, onboarding, supervision, quality, correction, reassignment, and replacement.
  • The customer supplies lawful priorities, tasks, scripts, prices, schedules, tools, permissions, access, and escalation rules.
  • The assigned person cannot sign contracts, incur debt, transfer funds, change prices, issue refunds, hire or dismiss people, accept liability, or provide licensed advice without documented authority.
  • Unused capacity does not roll over, transfer, pause billing, or create a refund.
  • The Service excludes physical reception, field work, on-site work, licensed activity, unrestricted sensitive-data access, and 24-hour availability.
  • Bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, tips, and additional paid work involving the assigned person must be arranged through Dale Works.

9. Recurring Services, Initial Commitments, and renewals

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • The first payment purchases the entire Initial Commitment. A timely cancellation during the initial 48 hours refunds the first Dale Works payment and cancels the remaining charges in that Initial Commitment.
  • After the initial 48 hours, every payment required by the Initial Commitment remains due. The second Remote Business Support payment is part of the original two-month commitment and does not create another cancellation period.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period. After the Initial Commitment, each Recurring Service renews one month at a time. To prevent the next monthly renewal and allow Dale Works to schedule personnel, capacity, and manual work, the customer must provide written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal charge.
  • Get Customers has a one-month Initial Commitment. To stop its first renewal, Dale Works must receive the written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the first monthly renewal date.
  • Remote Business Support has a two-month Initial Commitment. To stop the third-month charge and end the service after the minimum two months, Dale Works must receive the written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the third-month renewal date.
  • A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.
  • All later monthly renewals follow the same 15-day advance notice rule. No later renewal payment creates a new 48-hour cancellation period or refund right.
  • Cancellation may be submitted through the available subscription portal or by emailing Dale Works. The date Dale Works receives the request controls.
  • The customer is responsible for knowing and monitoring the billing date shown in the Purchase Record, order confirmation, subscription record, invoices, and prior payment history. Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and linked in Dale Works informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other service communications. Failure to open an email, review the policies, or monitor the billing date does not extend a deadline or create a refund.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

10. Private Sessions and Fixed Payment Plan

Private Sessions include six private 90-minute sessions, the Digital Course, materials, notes, and a general 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan. Up to two owners or partners of the same business may participate.

  • The paid-in-full price is $3,750.
  • The Fixed Payment Plan is one $3,900 purchase paid as four monthly payments of $975. It is not a subscription and ends after the fourth payment.
  • The first payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the complete plan. A timely cancellation refunds the first payment and stops all remaining payments.
  • After 48 hours, all four payments remain due. Later installments do not restart cancellation.
  • Failure to schedule, attend, provide information, use content, continue the business, or benefit from the program does not cancel remaining payments.
  • A session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Less notice or a missed session may count as used, subject to a reasonable emergency exception approved by Dale Works.
  • The six sessions normally must be completed within 120 days after the first session unless Dale Works agrees otherwise.
  • Private Sessions are educational review and do not include done-for-you website, design, marketing, administrative, legal, tax, or accounting work.

11. Build a Successful Business

  • Digital Course — $59: one participant; immediate access; 14 modules; approximately 8 hours and 10 minutes; optional tools; no required homework, exam, project, or live class; 12 months of access from purchase.
  • Live Group Classes — $399: one participant; eight weekly online classes of 90 minutes; Digital Course and recordings included; general questions, not individual review; 12 months of course and recording access from the final live class.
  • Private Sessions: six private sessions of 90 minutes; up to two owners or partners of one business; 12 months of Digital Course access from the first private session.
  • Dates, time, time zone, language, and availability shown in the current course information apply to Live Group Classes.
  • Dale Works may reasonably reschedule or substitute an instructor, platform, or delivery method while providing an appropriate alternative.
  • If enrollment is insufficient, Dale Works may hold the classes, offer an equivalent later group or alternative, or refund the affected purchase.
  • Failure to attend does not create a refund after the Cancellation Period when the class is held, reasonably rescheduled, or a recording or equivalent alternative is provided.
  • Live Group Classes may be recorded after notice. Private Sessions are recorded only with express permission.
  • Course content may not be copied, sold, published, shared, broadcast, sublicensed, or redistributed.
  • DaleJobs is separate. The completion certificate is not a license or professional credential. No customers, income, rankings, approvals, or success are guaranteed.

12. DaleJobs purchase, license, and responsibility

DaleJobs — Estimates, Contracts and Project Documents is a $499 One-Time Purchase with no current payment plan or monthly software fee.

  • The purchasing business receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable internal-use license after full payment.
  • DaleJobs is normally installed or shared in a Google account controlled by the customer. The customer must protect accounts, manage users, maintain backups, and keep third-party services active.
  • The customer owns customer-entered information and generated documents. Dale Works retains code, formulas, architecture, interfaces, templates, methods, and reusable components.
  • The license does not guarantee permanent availability of Google or another platform and does not include unlimited future support, hosting, storage, updates, legal changes, migrations, or adaptations.
  • DaleJobs is an auxiliary tool, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, engineering, construction, safety, collection, or compliance advice.
  • The customer is solely responsible for all entered or approved measurements, quantities, prices, costs, taxes, scope, notices, calculations, dates, signatures, delivery, retention, and use.
  • The customer must independently review every document and obtain qualified local advice when appropriate.
  • Dale Works is not a party to the customer's contracts, projects, collections, disputes, liens, or relationships.

13. Third-party platforms and continuity

Services may use Shopify, Appstle, Google, Meta, social networks, Yelp, domains, hosting, email, telephone, SMS, payment processors, video platforms, carriers, and other providers.

  • Each provider controls its terms, prices, approval, availability, security, restrictions, refunds, and continuity.
  • The customer must maintain customer-controlled accounts, subscriptions, credentials, domains, and payment methods.
  • Dale Works is not responsible for a provider's outage, rejection, suspension, algorithm change, fee increase, data loss, account closure, discontinuation, or decision.
  • Missing access, verification, approval, or credentials does not convert prepared work into non-delivery.

14. Intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality

  • Dale Works retains its name, website, software, code, DaleJobs, course content, recordings, systems, templates, methods, processes, reusable designs, drafts, unused concepts, internal records, and pre-existing materials.
  • After full payment, the customer may use final custom deliverables made specifically for the customer's business, subject to scope and third-party licenses.
  • No source code, editable working files, prompts, internal notes, credentials, unused concepts, stock licenses, or fonts transfer unless expressly included.
  • Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
  • Each party must use reasonable care with non-public information.
  • The customer must not provide highly sensitive regulated data unless Dale Works expressly agrees in writing and appropriate safeguards exist.
  • Dale Works does not sell, rent, trade, broker, or resell personal information or contact lists.

15. Approvals, delivery, holds, and backups

  • Approvals may be documented electronically. Changes after approval may require additional payment.
  • Digital delivery may occur by email, link, download, shared folder, invitation, installation, transfer, publication, deployment, or notice that work is ready.
  • A Service is not undelivered because the customer does not respond, provide access, approve, schedule, attend, download, authorize deployment, confirm shipping, or accept an available transfer.
  • Dale Works may pause or archive work while customer action is missing. Resumption depends on availability, compatibility, retained files, active platforms, balances, and extra work caused by delay.
  • Dale Works is not a permanent storage, backup, hosting, or archiving service. The customer must promptly download and back up deliverables.

16. Cancellation, refunds, and remedies

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • After the initial 48 hours, One-Time Purchases, Initial Commitments, and Fixed Payment Plans are final as described in the applicable policy.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period and are governed by the 15-day advance cancellation requirement.
  • A renewal charge that is processed because notice was not received at least 15 calendar days in advance is final and non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect after that paid month.
  • Nonuse, non-response, missed attendance, changed needs, business closure, third-party account loss, or dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed results does not create a refund.
  • Detailed rules appear in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
  • A confirmed correctable Dale Works error is ordinarily corrected, completed, re-performed, replaced, rescheduled, or provided through a substantially equivalent alternative.
  • A permanent cancellation by Dale Works without an appropriate alternative is handled under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

17. Professional-advice and result disclaimers

Unless expressly agreed in writing with a licensed professional, Dale Works content, courses, templates, software, documents, communications, and Services are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, employment, medical, engineering, architectural, construction, safety, or regulatory advice.

Services are provided as described and otherwise as available. Dale Works does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility, universal accuracy, third-party approval, customers, sales, revenue, profit, rankings, or another business result.

18. Liability and customer responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dale Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, opportunities, customers, reputation, revenue, profit, or business interruption.

Total liability for a One-Time Purchase or Fixed Payment Plan will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Total liability for a Recurring Service will not exceed the amount paid for that Service during the six months before the event.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or a matter the law does not permit to be limited.

The customer remains responsible for its business, personnel, clients, services, prices, projects, claims, compliance, taxes, licenses, safety, fulfillment, and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted, the customer will indemnify Dale Works against third-party claims caused by unlawful instructions, customer materials, infringement, regulatory violations, customer projects, DaleJobs use, or breach, except to the extent caused solely by Dale Works where indemnification is prohibited.

Industries shown on the website. Industry pages, specialties, and images identify businesses that may hire Dale Works; they do not mean Dale Works provides or is licensed for the customer's underlying trade, profession, treatment, transaction, technical service, or regulated activity. Dale Works is limited to the purchased business, marketing, website, administrative, educational, software, and non-regulated support in the Purchase Record.

  • The customer is solely responsible for every title, license, cédula, registration, certification, permit, sanitary authorization, responsible professional, inspection, bond, insurance policy, training, safety requirement, approval, disclosure, and legal requirement applicable to the customer's business.
  • Dale Works may rely on customer-approved credentials and claims and does not independently certify or continuously monitor them unless a written scope expressly says otherwise.
  • No Dale Works task creates a professional relationship with customer end users. The customer may not identify Dale Works as a license holder, qualifying individual, responsible professional, broker, agent, partner, employer, subcontractor, co-provider, fiduciary, or guarantor.
  • Dale Works may refuse, remove, pause, or terminate work that appears misleading, unsafe, unsupported, unauthorized, or likely to require professional judgment or a license.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer assumes responsibility and will defend, indemnify, and hold Dale Works harmless from third-party claims, regulatory actions, fines, penalties, injuries, property damage, professional complaints, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the customer's underlying operations, unlicensed activity, unsupported claims, or missing authorization, except for Dale Works' fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be waived. The detailed industry exclusions in the Legal Notice are incorporated into these Terms.

19. Suspension and events outside control

  • Dale Works may suspend or terminate work or access for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, security risk, nonpayment, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property misuse, or material breach.
  • Termination does not eliminate accrued charges, commitments, installments, confidentiality, intellectual-property restrictions, or provisions intended to survive.
  • Dale Works is not responsible for delay caused by disasters, war, government action, epidemic, strike, carrier failure, utility outage, cyber incident, platform failure, supplier shortage, or another event outside reasonable control.
  • Dale Works may reschedule, substitute a method, extend a date, or provide a reasonable alternative.

20. Direct resolution, law, changes, and contact

Questions, complaints, cancellations, payment issues, or disagreements must be sent directly to contact@dale.works. Dale Works reviews and responds directly.

There is no mandatory private third-party mediation or arbitration. A neutral mediator may participate only if both parties later agree in writing. Payment providers, banks, platforms, review sites, contractors, and collaborators are not appointed to alter or settle the agreement for Dale Works.

To the fullest extent permitted, Mexico and Mexico City law apply and unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Mexico City. Unauthorized-charge reports, PROFECO access, government remedies, and non-waivable rights remain available.

Dale Works may update policies for future purchases and future eligible renewals. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted purchase or commitment unless accepted or legally required.

Invalid provisions are applied to the maximum lawful extent or severed. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. The Purchase Record, policies, product description, proposal, invoice, and written changes form the entire agreement.
