What we execute each month

We help people find you, request information, and receive consistent follow-up

Marketing works better when the offer, content, pages, forms, and response process work together. We connect those parts and review what should continue, change, or stop each month.

01

We make your business easier to find

We improve how your business appears and how clearly it explains its services across Google, Yelp, pages, content, social channels, and campaigns that fit your market.

02

We build the inquiry path

We connect ads, pages, forms, calls, or messages to a clear next step and a way to record every inquiry.

Before publishing or paying for ads

First we define what you will promote and to whom

We review services, packages, approved pricing or ranges, markets, capacity, real advantages, materials, website, profiles, and the current response process. This prevents spending money on an offer that is unclear or that the business cannot fulfill.

Monthly work done by our team

We execute the work that fits your offer and channels

Depending on the plan, our team can manage these components and coordinate them within one working calendar.

01

Content

We plan topics, write, design, edit, and publish using real photos, video, and business information you approve.

02

Google, Yelp, and service pages

We improve profiles and pages so customers can find services, service areas, proof, contact information, and the right next step.

03

Campaigns and landing pages

We configure ads, audiences, creative, pages, and forms around one specific action and an approved budget.

04

Tracking and reporting

We track sources, forms, campaigns, cost, quality, response, and progress so we can make informed improvements.

Organic content and paid advertising

We build the foundation and use ads when they can accelerate reach

Organic: we strengthen pages, profiles, content, and proof so more people can find and understand the business over time. Paid: we use a separate budget to place a specific offer in front of selected searches or audiences and measure the response.

No channel guarantees a specific number of customers. Demand, competition, budget, offer, reputation, capacity, and response speed all affect outcomes.

The source material behind the marketing

You provide the business reality; we turn it into marketing

We need services, pricing or ranges, markets, capacity, hours, photos, video, promotions, access, and one responsible reviewer. From that material, we write, design, and publish without inventing work, results, credentials, or availability.

How each month is managed

Every month has a plan, execution, and clear decisions

01 · Diagnosis

We review previous results, capacity, priorities, materials, and business changes.

02 · Plan and production

We prepare the calendar and produce the content, pages, forms, or campaigns for the period.

03 · Publishing and response

We publish approved work and verify that ads, pages, forms, and contact paths work correctly.

04 · Report and improve

We compare inquiry volume, cost, quality, and response so we can adjust content, audiences, pages, or follow-up.

FAQ

Answers before starting marketing

What content do I need to provide?

Service information, markets, prices or ranges, capacity, hours, photos, video, cases, approved promotions, and permissions. Available volume and quality affect the editorial plan.

Is advertising spend included?

No, unless the written scope says otherwise. The monthly fee covers the included strategy, production, setup, review, and optimization work. Advertising spend is paid separately through the applicable channel.

When can I start receiving inquiries?

There is no guaranteed timeline. We first prepare the offer, pages, tracking, and campaigns; then we measure inquiries, quality, response, and conversions and improve from there.

Does Dale Works follow up with inquiries?

Marketing can configure forms, tracking, and flows, but daily handling depends on scope. Remote support can be purchased to execute approved communication and follow-up.

Which channels do you use?

Channels are chosen by business and customer: website, search, Google Business Profile, Yelp, social media, email, campaigns, landing pages, referrals, or other approved channels. Not all apply to every business.

Who approves posts and ads?

The client defines reviewers and approval times. Professional or regulated claims, prices, promotions, credentials, and third-party material require explicit approval.

Which metrics do you review?

Depending on channel: useful reach, traffic, inquiries, source, cost, quality, response time, appointments, opportunities, reported sales, capacity, and trends. Dashboards and results are not fabricated.

Can you work with my current accounts and tools?

Yes, after reviewing access, ownership, security, compatibility, data quality, and restrictions. Large migrations or integrations may require additional scope.

Can I cancel?

Current billing terms, minimum commitment, and service policies apply. Review the purchase summary and policies before paying.

What is my business responsible for?

Providing facts, access, materials, budget, approvals, and capacity; responding to inquiries; fulfilling the offer; maintaining licenses and compliance; and reporting outcomes needed for measurement.

Before you invest, let’s define what we will promote and how inquiries will be handled

We will review your offer, capacity, materials, channels, response process, and goals before recommending the right level of work and advertising investment.
