1. Official contact channels

Business name: Dale Works
Operating location: Mexico
Email: contact@dale.works
Telephone: (888) 594-2121
Website: dale.works

Only communications received through an official Dale Works channel or another channel expressly authorized by Dale Works should be treated as communications to Dale Works.

2. General inquiries and purchases

Prospective customers may use the official email, telephone number, website forms, or another Dale Works channel to request information about products, variants, pricing, availability, scope, payment options, dates, or the purchasing process.

Submitting an inquiry does not require Dale Works to accept a project, reserve capacity, hold a price, provide professional advice, or begin work. A purchase or Service relationship is governed by the applicable product description, selected variant, Purchase Record, and Dale Works policies.

3. Existing customers and support

Existing customers may contact Dale Works regarding onboarding, access, scheduling, required information, approvals, delivery, DaleJobs installation, course access, active marketing work, Remote Business Support, billing records, or another matter related to an active purchase.

To protect customer information and prevent unauthorized changes, Dale Works may request reasonable authentication information before discussing an order, changing access, modifying billing information, canceling a Service, releasing files, or responding to a privacy request.

4. Cancellations and recurring services

Cancellation requests may be submitted through the available subscription portal or in writing to contact@dale.works. The date on which Dale Works receives the request controls.

  • The initial 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase, as described in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour rule.
  • To prevent the next monthly renewal, Dale Works must receive written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the scheduled renewal charge.
  • A request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the renewal does not stop that charge. The paid month remains final, and cancellation becomes effective after that paid month.
  • The customer is responsible for monitoring billing dates shown in orders, invoices, confirmations, subscription records, and payment history.

The complete cancellation terms are contained in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

5. Privacy requests

Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, opposition, restriction, limitation of use, withdrawal of consent, marketing preferences, or another applicable privacy right may be sent to contact@dale.works.

The request should identify the person, the relationship with Dale Works, the information or purchase involved, the action requested, and reasonable verification information. Dale Works handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Legal notices and complaints

Questions, complaints, payment issues, cancellation disagreements, notices of unauthorized use, intellectual-property concerns, and contractual communications should be sent directly to contact@dale.works.

Dale Works reviews and responds directly. A bank, payment processor, platform, card issuer, review site, contractor, collaborator, or other private third party is not appointed to interpret, alter, waive, or settle the agreement on behalf of Dale Works.

This does not prevent a person from reporting an unauthorized charge, contacting PROFECO or another competent government authority, or exercising a right that applicable law does not permit the person to waive.

7. Information required in a request

When applicable, include:

  • Customer and business name.
  • Email address and telephone number associated with the inquiry or purchase.
  • Order, invoice, subscription, proposal, or payment-plan number.
  • Product, variant, or Service involved.
  • Payment date, scheduled renewal date, appointment date, or delivery date.
  • A clear description of the requested action or reported issue.
  • Supporting files, photographs, receipts, screenshots, or records reasonably necessary to review the matter.

Do not send complete payment-card information, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, privileged legal information, protected educational records, or other highly sensitive regulated information through ordinary email, SMS, or website forms.

8. Electronic communications and records

Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and may be linked in informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other Service communications.

The customer is responsible for maintaining current contact information, reviewing communications, monitoring billing dates, and retaining relevant confirmations and records. Failure to open an email, check a spam folder, review a public policy, or monitor a payment date does not extend a contractual deadline.

Electronic records, including emails, forms, account notices, invoices, subscription records, approved messaging channels, and project-system entries, may be used to document requests, approvals, notices, deliveries, and communications.
