1. Provider identification and Mexico location
Dale Works is operated and administered from Mexico.
The fact that the website, prices, software, courses, or Services may serve customers in the United States does not mean Dale Works is incorporated, domiciled, or established in the United States.
2. Website and relationship
The website contains general information and commercial descriptions. Visiting, reading, submitting a general form, or requesting information does not by itself require Dale Works to accept a project or create a fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, representative, or contractual relationship.
A contractual relationship forms through an accepted purchase, payment, invoice, proposal, Purchase Record, access activation, scheduling, or start of work under the Terms of Service.
3. Remote and cross-border performance
Meetings, production, administration, delivery, support, communications, data processing, and access may occur remotely from Mexico and through international service providers. A customer's location outside Mexico does not change Dale Works' operating location.
4. Collaborators and managed Remote Business Support
Dale Works may use specialists, collaborators, and independent providers to perform approved work while retaining responsibility to the customer for the purchased scope.
Remote Business Support is managed by Dale Works. The customer does not directly hire the assigned person. Dale Works administers assignment, compensation, supervision, quality, correction, reassignment, and replacement.
5. No regulated professional advice
Unless expressly agreed in writing with a properly licensed professional, Dale Works information, courses, materials, templates, software, DaleJobs, documents, comments, and Services are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, employment, human-resources, medical, engineering, architectural, construction, safety, or regulatory advice.
6. DaleJobs notice
- DaleJobs is a $499 digital auxiliary system for supported construction-business uses and jurisdictions.
- The user is responsible for all data, calculations, prices, scope, clauses, notices, signatures, delivery, retention, and use.
- DaleJobs does not guarantee that a template or document is complete, current, mandatory, enforceable, or suitable for every project or jurisdiction.
- Dale Works is not a party to the customer's contracts, projects, collections, disputes, liens, or relationships.
- The customer must obtain qualified local legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, and construction review when appropriate.
7. Build a Successful Business notice
Build a Successful Business has three current variants: Digital Course, Live Group Classes, and Private Sessions. It provides general education for many industries.
- The Digital Course and Live Group Classes do not include individual business diagnosis.
- Only Private Sessions use the customer's actual business information for educational review within scope.
- The certificate is a completion certificate, not a license or professional credential.
- The program does not guarantee customers, sales, income, profit, financing, rankings, approvals, or success.
- DaleJobs and done-for-you Services are separate purchases unless a written offer expressly includes them.
8. Get Customers notice
Get Customers describes the commercial objective of the marketing Service, not a guarantee that any specific person will contact or hire the customer.
Dale Works does not guarantee inquiries, leads, estimates, appointments, customers, contracts, sales, revenue, reviews, clicks, rankings, or platform approvals. Results depend on the market, offer, budget, capacity, reputation, materials, response, follow-up, sales ability, compliance, and third-party decisions.
9. Remote Business Support notice
Remote Business Support provides approved remote administrative and customer-care capacity. It does not provide a physical receptionist, field work, licensed activity, authority to bind the customer, unrestricted sensitive-data access, or direct employment of the assigned person by the customer.
10. Make Your Business Look Professional notice
Package examples describe possible elements. The selected variant and accepted scope determine the website, logo, portfolio, presentation, cards, folder, bilingual work, files, revisions, access, training, and physical items actually included.
Dale Works does not invent licenses, certifications, testimonials, reviews, experience, results, qualifications, or business claims.
11. Accuracy, examples, and website changes
Dale Works makes reasonable efforts to keep public information current and may correct errors. Examples, images, timelines, demonstrations, and mockups are illustrative and may vary according to the selected scope, customer materials, platform, jurisdiction, technical limits, and approvals.
12. Intellectual property
The Dale Works name, website, text, images, videos, designs, interfaces, software, DaleJobs, code, templates, methods, course content, recordings, and original materials are owned by the provider or used under license. No right to copy, sell, publish, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a competing product is granted except as expressly stated.
13. Customer materials
The customer represents that the customer has permission and authority to provide photographs, videos, logos, names, reviews, testimonials, documents, data, and other materials and that those materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or another person's rights.
14. Third-party platforms
Shopify, Appstle, Google, Meta, social networks, Yelp, registrars, hosting, email, telephone, SMS, payment processors, carriers, and other third parties control their own terms, prices, approvals, availability, restrictions, data, security, and refunds.
15. Privacy, communications, and SMS
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Information provided for an inquiry or purchase may be used to communicate about that inquiry, order, appointment, or active Service. Dale Works does not sell or rent personal information.
Customer Care SMS participation is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and may be stopped by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
16. Website availability and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital Services are provided as available. Dale Works does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent compatibility, absolute accuracy, complete security, or a specific business result. Liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.
17. Direct complaints and dispute process
Questions, complaints, cancellation issues, and requests for clarification must be sent directly to Dale Works at contact@dale.works. Dale Works reviews and responds directly.
There is no mandatory private third-party mediation or arbitration. A neutral mediator may participate only if Dale Works and the customer later agree in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted, Mexico and Mexico City law and the competent courts of Mexico City apply. This does not limit access to PROFECO, another competent government authority, or non-waivable rights.
18. Policies incorporated into every purchase
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the customer has read, understood, and accepts the Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, the current product description, selected variant, price, payment schedule, Initial Commitment, renewal structure, dates, proposal, invoice, and written purchase information.
The policies are publicly available on the Dale Works website and are linked in Dale Works informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other service communications. The customer is responsible for reviewing them and monitoring billing dates. Failure to open an email or review a public policy does not extend a cancellation deadline.
These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.
19. Changes and contact
Dale Works may update this Notice for future purchases and continued website use. A change does not retroactively alter an accepted One-Time Purchase, Initial Commitment, or Fixed Payment Plan unless accepted or legally required.

Customer verification, approval, and assumption of responsibility
- Before Dale Works publishes or communicates a title, license number, certification, permit, affiliation, insurance statement, result, testimonial, health claim, safety claim, financial claim, legal claim, educational claim, or technical claim, the customer must supply and approve the exact information and confirm that its use is lawful.
- The customer must review final content for professional accuracy and required disclaimers, approvals, registration numbers, responsible-professional statements, restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific rules.
- Dale Works may request proof, but receiving proof is not a legal audit, professional verification, guarantee of validity, or assumption of the customer's regulatory duty.
- The customer accepts sole responsibility for communications using customer-approved scripts, prices, availability, claims, instructions, escalation rules, and professional information.
- Dale Works may refuse, edit, remove, pause, or decline content or tasks that appear misleading, unsafe, unsupported, beyond the administrative scope, or likely to require a license or professional judgment.
The customer's assumption of responsibility, release, and indemnification obligations are stated in the Terms of Service and incorporated into this Notice.
