02

Promote the services the shop wants to sell

We create content, pages, and campaigns for repairs, maintenance, accessories, equipment, or specific seasons.

03

Do not lose calls or appointments while the team is working

We handle general questions, schedule appointments, send approved reminders, and keep CRM, notes, and open items organized.

04

Run the shop with clear processes and responsibilities

Learn how to organize services, pricing, customer service, responsibilities, numbers, and growth so the shop depends less on improvisation.

FAQ

Clear answers before you choose a service

Can you reuse our current website, photographs, and profiles?

Yes, when they have sufficient quality, permission for use, and approval. We review what can be preserved and what should be reorganized within the purchased scope.

Can you display completed work, reviews, or promotions?

Yes, using real, approved materials. The business is responsible for confirming that photographs, claims, prices, conditions, and permissions are accurate.

What is included in the bilingual website?

Pages included in the applicable package are prepared in English and Spanish with navigation, calls to action, forms, and alternative text.

Do you guarantee appointments, repairs, or sales?

No. Results depend on the market, services, reputation, budget, capacity, approvals, and the business’s follow-up.

Does marketing include advertising spend?

No. Advertising spend and other external costs are paid separately. The plan covers the marketing work stated in its scope.

What can the remote coordinator do?

They can answer general questions, schedule appointments, send reminders, update CRM, organize notes, tasks, and files, and provide administrative follow-up.

Can the remote coordinator diagnose, recommend, or authorize repairs?

No. Diagnosis, recommendations, authorizations, technical pricing, warranties, and work decisions remain with the shop.

Can you manage parts, inventory, or shop operations?

Which costs are paid separately?

Domain, hosting, printing, shipping, applications, advertising, phone service, messages, and other external services are paid separately.

What payments or commitments apply?

Professional packages are one-time purchases. Marketing is monthly. Remote support has a two-month initial commitment. The course is purchased according to the selected format.

Next step

Tell us where calls, appointments, or time are being lost in your shop
