How we help

We solve the business work that often gets left behind while you are on the jobsite

We do not replace your trade or field team. We make the company look credible, help inquiries receive a response, and keep information, documents, and next steps from depending only on your memory.

01

Build trust before the site visit

We present services, areas, projects, photos, and approved credentials so customers understand why they should call you.

02

Do not rely only on referrals

We build pages, content, profiles, and campaigns so homeowners, property managers, and contractors can find the right service.

03

Move every inquiry to the next step

We answer calls and messages, schedule visits for your team, update the CRM, and follow up on estimates and open items.

04

Run the company with clear documents and processes

Use DaleJobs for project documents and learn how to organize pricing, customer care, responsibilities, numbers, and growth through the course.

Businesses and trades

Solutions built around the work you actually do

We work with different trades and company types, from general construction to specialized services.

Business opening

We handle the opening process so you can get to work.

First we explain what your business needs and what it will cost. Then we coordinate the registrations, licenses, documents and follow-up in your agreed scope through the final handoff.

  • Free diagnosis and written budget before hiring us.
  • Business registration, EIN and coordination of the agreed requirements for your trade and location.
  • Payments tied to documented progress: 15% to start work, followed by 30%, 35% and 20% at the corresponding milestones.
  • Published service fees for Oregon, California and Florida; written quotes for the other US states.
  • Government and provider charges are separate. We hand over the corresponding documents and account access.

  • Responsive website with services, about, contact, areas, and basic analytics
  • Professional email, signature, QR code, and profiles with consistent information
  • Portfolio, cases, photographs, and materials supplied and approved by the client
  • Logo and visual system in packages where they are included
  • Digital presentation, business cards, and physical folder when included

Construction marketing

We turn real projects into marketing that generates inquiries for the services you want to sell

We define which services and areas to promote, produce the content, build pages and campaigns, review inquiry quality, and adjust to your team's capacity. We execute the marketing; results also depend on the market, budget, reputation, and response speed.

  • Content planning, copy, design, editing, and publishing
  • Google Business Profile, Yelp when appropriate, social media, and service or area pages
  • Paid campaigns, landing pages, forms, and tracking based on the plan
  • Review of sources, responses, approvals, follow-up, and reactivation opportunities
  • Regular reporting and improvements to content, audiences, pages, campaigns, or contact processes
  • Advertising spend and external costs paid separately

Remote support

Have someone keep the business moving while you and your team are in the field

We assign a bilingual remote coordinator, prepare scripts and access, define what they can handle and when to involve you, and supervise the work. They can manage inquiries and administrative follow-up; technical decisions, final pricing, and field work remain with your company.

  • Answer calls, SMS, email, forms, and general customer questions
  • Schedule site visits performed by your team, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up
  • Update CRM, customer notes, tasks, and file organization
  • Prepare administrative documents with business-approved information
  • Support review requests, updates, and reports when included
  • Coordinate with Dale Works specialists within approved hours and scope

Custom software

We build the tool your operation needs.

When your processes need something specific, we define what the tool must solve and how your team will use it. We agree on scope and budget before building it.

FAQ

Clear answers before you choose a service

Can you reuse my logo, website, and photographs?

Yes, when they have sufficient quality, permission for use, and consistency. We first review what can be preserved and what should be reorganized or replaced within the purchased scope.

How should project photographs be organized?

By project, service, city, and stage: before, during, and after. Permissions and any customer, location, or information that cannot be published should also be identified.

How are licenses, insurance, and other credentials shown?

On your website we display the credentials you provide and authorize for publication. In our Business Opening service we coordinate the filings and requirements included in your quote. Publishing a credential and hiring us to manage an opening are separate services.

What is included in a bilingual website?

Pages included in the applicable package are prepared in English and Spanish with navigation, calls to action, forms, and alternative text in both languages.

Where can DaleJobs be used?

DaleJobs brings together project and document management tools. State-specific contracts and notices depend on each format’s coverage; check the service page and select your project’s state. Review your information and documents before using them.

What can the remote coordinator do?

They can answer approved channels, collect information, schedule site visits performed by your team, update CRM, organize notes, tasks, and files, prepare administrative documents with approved data, and follow up. They do not perform field work or licensed professional services.

Do you guarantee customers, sales, or online rankings?

No. Results depend on the market, offer, budget, capacity, approvals, and the business's follow-up. Dale Works executes, reviews, and improves the purchased work but does not guarantee customers, sales, revenue, rankings, or platform approvals.

What information is needed after purchase?

Services, areas, projects, photographs, approved credentials, team, processes, access, languages, capacity, and the people responsible for review and approval.

How do printing, shipping, and external costs work?

Design and files may be included depending on the package. Printing, shipping, domain, hosting, applications, advertising, phone service, text messaging, and other external services are paid separately.

What payment type or commitment applies?

Website work follows the selected package. Business Opening is paid by milestones, DaleJobs has monthly or annual plans, marketing and remote support have their own service terms, and training is purchased by format. Before hiring us you will see each option’s price, inclusions and payment terms.

Do I have to pay to start the opening diagnosis?

The diagnosis is free with no obligation to hire us. If you accept the quote and decide to start the registrations and work, we request the first 15%. Later payments correspond to documented milestones.

Is contractor training the same as the general business course?

They are different options. Contractor training applies customers, costs, projects and collections to a construction business. The general course teaches the foundations of running a business in any industry. Check each option’s format and upcoming dates.
