1. Scope and general delivery rule
Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.
Most Dale Works products and Services are digital or remote. A physical shipment is included only when the selected variant, proposal, invoice, or Purchase Record expressly identifies a physical item.
2. Digital and remote delivery
Digital or remote delivery may occur by email, download, shared folder, Google Drive, Google Sheets, account invitation, installation, videoconference, course portal, website publication, file transfer, calls, SMS, or another reasonable electronic method.
- The customer must provide a correct email address and authorized account.
- The customer must check spam, maintain internet access and compatible devices, protect credentials, and download available files.
- Delivery occurs when access, a link, invitation, file, publication, installation, or notice that work is ready is provided.
- Dale Works is not responsible for a customer's failure to open, download, attend, activate, or accept available delivery.
3. Build a Successful Business delivery
- Digital Course: delivered through course-account activation or access instructions.
- Live Group Classes: delivered through enrollment confirmation, current dates and times, meeting links, digital materials, live classes, and recordings.
- Private Sessions: delivered through scheduling, videoconference, course access, notes, materials, and the general 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan.
- No physical book, folder, or printed workbook is included unless the Purchase Record expressly states otherwise.
- Failure to attend is not non-delivery when a class or session is held, reasonably rescheduled, or an included recording or equivalent alternative is provided.
4. DaleJobs delivery
- DaleJobs is a digital product and is not physically shipped.
- It is normally installed, copied, configured, or shared in a Google account controlled by the purchasing business.
- Delivery occurs when it is installed, copied, shared, invited, linked, or declared ready for the authorized account.
- If Dale Works requests the correct account, verification, information, or availability and the customer does not provide it, customer delay does not make DaleJobs undelivered.
- The customer must protect the Google account, manage users, maintain backups, and keep outside services active.
5. Get Customers and Remote Business Support delivery
These Services are delivered remotely through work performed during the paid period, which may include onboarding, planning, research, content, messages, calls, scheduling, CRM work, documents, pages, campaigns, tracking, reporting, meetings, coordination, supervision, and other activities within scope.
Planning, setup, reserved capacity, availability, quality review, and ongoing management are part of delivery even when there is no single final downloadable file.
6. Websites and custom digital deliverables
- Websites, profiles, email configurations, logos, presentations, documents, designs, and files may be delivered by link, shared folder, transfer, publication, account access, installation, or deployment.
- Deployment may require a domain, hosting, DNS, Shopify, Google, email, verification code, customer-controlled account, or authorization.
- When customer action is missing, Dale Works may deliver an export, staging version, file set, transfer offer, or notice that work is ready.
- Customer delay does not convert completed or available work into non-delivery.
7. Physical materials in professional-presence packages
Professional Business and Ready to Grow are configured as shippable variants in the current catalog because they may include business cards, a physical presentation folder, or other custom materials when the selected scope identifies them. Business Ready is digital unless its Purchase Record expressly includes a physical item.
No physical item is promised solely because a variant can collect a shipping address. The accepted package description and Purchase Record control what will actually be produced and shipped.
8. Production timing and approval
Production and shipping estimates begin after Dale Works receives the required information, final content approval, correct shipping address, payment, and any necessary outside authorization.
- The customer must approve names, phone numbers, emails, physical addresses, website addresses, services, licenses, prices, QR codes, spelling, quantities, colors, designs, and shipping information.
- A customer-approved or customer-supplied error may require paid correction, reprint, or reshipment.
- Estimated dates may change because of revisions, customer response, volume, printing availability, carriers, weather, customs, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Shipping address and delivery attempts
- The customer must provide a complete, accurate, accessible address and authorized recipient when required.
- The customer is responsible for delay or cost caused by an incorrect or changed address, unavailable recipient, refused package, inaccessible location, carrier restriction, unpaid duty, or customs issue.
- A returned package or customer-caused reshipment may require additional shipping, storage, update, reproduction, or handling charges.
- Do not send a physical return without prior written authorization. If Dale Works approves a return, Dale Works will provide the authorized return instructions and destination.
10. Carriers, tracking, customs, and outside costs
When available, Dale Works may provide tracking. Carrier timeframes are estimates. Dale Works does not control a carrier's loss, damage, delay, interruption, strike, weather response, customs decision, or operational error.
- Dale Works will make reasonable efforts to assist with an available carrier claim but does not guarantee the carrier's decision or timing.
- Shipping, duties, import taxes, customs fees, special handling, and insurance are included only when expressly stated.
- Cross-border delivery may require customer payment of import or carrier charges.
11. Damaged, incorrect, or defective physical materials
Inspect delivered materials promptly. Report a problem to Dale Works with photographs, packaging, labels, tracking, and a clear description.
For a confirmed Dale Works production or fulfillment error, the ordinary remedy is correction, reprint, replacement, or reshipment. Refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
12. Non-response, holds, and archived delivery
- When delivery, installation, printing, publication, or shipment requires customer action and the customer does not respond, Dale Works may place work on hold or archive it.
- Customer non-response is not non-delivery and does not create a refund after the 48-hour Cancellation Period.
- Resumption depends on availability, compatibility, file retention, access, outside providers, outstanding balances, and additional work caused by delay.
- Dale Works does not guarantee indefinite storage, hosting, preservation, or immediate resumption.
13. Cancellation and relationship to other policies
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, selected variant, and Purchase Record also apply.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the customer has read and accepts this Shipping Policy. This Policy is publicly available on the Dale Works website and linked in relevant Dale Works emails and purchase communications.
