What do you do to open my business?
We review your activity and location, register your business, and request its EIN. We manage the registrations and licenses it needs to work; coordinate providers, documents, and appointments; and address application requests. We stay with you until we can verify it has the registrations and licenses needed to operate.
What does handling everything mean?
One of our agents handles your entire opening and coordinates registrations, licenses, authorities, and providers. We prepare and submit the filings we can legally handle and follow up on responses. You know what we are doing and where your information, authorization, or personal participation is needed.
Do you help with courses, exams, and certifications?
Yes. We identify what you need, find providers, and organize documents and appointments. The provider delivers training; you or the qualifying individual take exams. We continue coordinating these requirements so your opening can move forward.
Do you also handle insurance, bonds, and banking?
We coordinate quotes and documents for insurance and bonds. We prepare the documents to open your account and help arrange the appointment or application the bank requires. You approve purchases and complete personal identity checks and signatures. The bank decides whether to open the account.
What do I receive in the free review?
A written review explaining whether there is a viable route to open your business, known requirements, our work for you, and estimated costs. We identify confirmed and pending information. If you decide not to proceed, you do not pay the first 15%.
The review is free with no obligation. Before you sign, you receive the service scope, fees, and opening costs in writing.
What if I do not meet the requirements yet?
We explain it before the first payment. We check for missing experience, documents, or an eligible qualifying individual. We show any legal alternatives we find and avoid recommending registrations that would not solve your case’s obstacle.
What do I need to do?
Provide your details and documents, verify your experience, approve purchases, and sign the applications. You or the qualifying individual complete required exams, fingerprints, and personal identity checks. We organize documents, coordinate appointments, and follow up on the filings for your opening.
Which states do you cover?
We open construction businesses in all 50 US states. Oregon, California and Florida have published fees; for other states, an agent reviews your case and prepares a written quote. We review requirements for your trade, classification, and city. The standard service covers one new business entity, one state, one main location, and one main activity or classification.
How long until my business is open?
It depends on your activity, documents, experience, and the authorities’ review times. Your written review includes a case estimate and explains what is still needed to operate. If a wait changes that estimate, we update you and keep following up.
What does it cost, and what does your fee cover?
You receive a budget before you sign. Our fee covers the work to open your business: researching requirements, preparing and submitting filings, coordinating providers, and following applications until we can verify your business can operate.
The budget also identifies charges from authorities and providers: registrations, licenses, courses, exams, certifications, fingerprints, credit, insurance, bonds, agents, and specialists. Those charges are not included in our fee. We identify each authority’s or provider’s charge before you approve payment. We coordinate the documents, appointments, and follow-up.
When do I pay for each part of the service?
The initial written review is free. After accepting it and signing, you pay 15%. You pay 30% once your business is formed and you receive that stage’s official records; 35% once we submit your business’s license and registration applications and give you the filing receipts; and 20% once we verify the business has the registrations and licenses needed to operate and give you its documents.
How can I check the work is being done?
You receive a weekly WhatsApp or email update with completed work, pending items, and the next step. We share available records, filing receipts, and official links so you can check progress. We also update you when we are still waiting for an authority’s response.
Do you guarantee the license?
The authority decides approval under its requirements. We review your case before charging, prepare and follow applications, and explain obstacles we find. We do not offer to skip required experience, exams, or conditions.
Dale Works is a private administrative service. Your agent prepares and follows the filings; authorities review and approve registrations and licenses.
What if an application pauses or is denied?
We explain what is missing or why it was denied and what we can do to address it. Pauses for documents or exams, cancellations, and payment for work performed are defined in the agreement. The final 20% is not automatically charged if the authority denies the opening or license we were managing. Corrections for our own errors do not create another fee.
What will I have when my business is open?
Your registered business and active licenses and registrations required for its activity and location. You receive formation and EIN records, official receipts, documents for insurance and bonds you purchased, official links, and renewal dates. We explain where to check each registration and what you must keep current.
Does it include permits for each project and future renewals?
The service includes the opening registrations and permits defined for your business. Permits, plans, and inspections for future projects, later renewals, and opening in other locations or states require an additional service. If you need more activities or classifications, we define the changes in writing before handling those filings.
