Terms of service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They are the principal agreement governing every Dale Works purchase and Service.

By completing a purchase, paying an invoice, accepting a proposal, selecting a purchase option, activating access, scheduling, or using a Service, the customer confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agrees to this policy, all other Dale Works policies, the current product description, the selected variant, price, payment schedule, renewal or Initial Commitment when applicable, dates, scope, proposal, invoice, and written purchase information.
Cancellation structure: the 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. Recurring monthly renewals are governed by the separate 15-day advance cancellation requirement.

1. Provider, location, and definitions

Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.

These Terms govern the website, inquiries, purchases, proposals, invoices, custom work, software, courses, recordings, monthly Services, payment plans, communications, and related features offered under the Dale Works trade name.

  • One-Time Purchase: a product paid once, including the Digital Course, Live Group Classes, DaleJobs, and the three Make Your Business Look Professional variants.
  • Recurring Service: Get Customers or Remote Business Support billed monthly after its Initial Commitment.
  • Initial Commitment: one month for Get Customers and two months for Remote Business Support.
  • Fixed Payment Plan: four monthly payments of $975 for one complete Private Sessions purchase totaling $3,900. It is not a subscription.
  • Purchase Record: the accepted checkout, invoice, proposal, payment link, subscription record, or other written purchase information.

2. Eligibility, formation, and acceptance

  • The customer must be an adult with legal capacity. A purchaser acting for a business represents authority to bind it.
  • Information and payment methods supplied must be accurate, lawful, current, and authorized.
  • Dale Works may reject an order reasonably believed to be fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, technically impossible, or outside available scope.

The agreement includes these Terms, the Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, the current product description, selected variant, price, payment terms, Purchase Record, approved scope, and written changes.

Completing a purchase, paying, accepting a proposal, activating access, scheduling, or using a Service confirms that the customer read, understood, and accepted the agreement.

The customer is responsible for knowing and monitoring the billing date shown in the Purchase Record, order confirmation, subscription record, invoices, and prior payment history. Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and linked in Dale Works informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other service communications. Failure to open an email, review the policies, or monitor the billing date does not extend a deadline or create a refund.

A specific accepted Purchase Record controls over a general term when it is more specific, except that rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

3. Current catalog, prices, and scope

  • Build a Successful Business: Digital Course $59; Live Group Classes $399; Private Sessions $3,750 paid in full or four monthly payments of $975, total $3,900.
  • DaleJobs — Estimates, Contracts and Project Documents: $499 one-time.
  • Remote Business Support: Part Time $2,500 monthly for up to 80 hours; Full Time $4,500 monthly for up to 160 hours; both have a two-month Initial Commitment.
  • Get Customers: Presence and Customers $950 monthly; Customers and Complete Growth $2,250 monthly; both have a one-month Initial Commitment.
  • Make Your Business Look Professional: Business Ready $999; Professional Business $1,999; Ready to Grow $3,499.

Prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and the total charged amount appear in the Purchase Record. Future prices may change, but an accepted One-Time Purchase, Initial Commitment, or Fixed Payment Plan is not retroactively repriced.

Descriptions, images, mockups, examples, timelines, and sample documents are illustrative. The selected variant and Purchase Record determine the actual scope. Dale Works may correct errors before fulfillment and will handle a material change to an accepted purchase consistently with applicable law.

4. Customer information, communications, cooperation, and materials

The customer must provide complete, accurate, current, lawful information, materials, access, instructions, approvals, addresses, and availability required for the Service.

  • Contact information may be used to answer inquiries, administer purchases, request information, schedule, deliver work, provide support, collect valid payments, send notices, and resolve issues.
  • Operational communication may occur by email, telephone, account notice, approved project channel, or SMS when permitted. A telephone number does not by itself create promotional-SMS consent.
  • The customer must review facts, claims, prices, licenses, images, documents, quantities, addresses, and final materials before publication, signature, printing, distribution, or use.
  • Customer delay or non-response may extend dates, pause or archive work, release assigned capacity after a paid period, or require additional paid work. It does not create non-delivery or eliminate valid obligations after the Cancellation Period.
  • The customer retains ownership of original supplied materials and grants Dale Works a limited license to use them only to perform, document, protect, and enforce the Service.
  • The customer represents that it has all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases needed for supplied content and data and must not provide scraped, purchased, infringing, misleading, or unlawful lists or materials.

5. Payments, outside costs, and start of work

  • The customer agrees to pay the accepted price, taxes, recurring charges, fixed installments, approved extra work, and authorized outside costs.
  • The customer must maintain a valid payment method. A failed, reversed, or disputed charge does not automatically cancel the agreement or eliminate a valid balance.
  • Dale Works may suspend future work, sessions, access, licenses, installation, delivery, or support while a valid balance is overdue.
  • Advertising, domains, hosting, applications, software, platform charges, telephone, SMS, printing, shipping, duties, photography, video, and other external costs are included only when expressly stated.
  • Charges paid directly to an outside provider are governed by that provider and are not Dale Works charges.

Work may begin after payment through scheduling, reserved capacity, onboarding, research, planning, writing, design, editing, account preparation, configuration, course access, software setup, document preparation, or printing preparation. Work does not need to be visibly delivered to be considered started.

6. Make Your Business Look Professional

Business Ready, Professional Business, and Ready to Grow are customized One-Time Purchases. Only the elements stated in the selected scope are included, which may involve a website, business information, professional email, profiles, logo, portfolio, presentation, cards, physical folder, bilingual work, forms, analytics, files, revisions, or training.

  • The customer supplies and approves all business facts, access, images, services, markets, claims, and contact details.
  • Domains, hosting, applications, printing, shipping, photography, and other external expenses are separate unless expressly included.
  • New direction, new information, additional pieces, migrations, rebuilds, or extra revisions may require a quote.
  • Timelines begin after required information, payment, access, and approvals are received.
  • After full payment, the customer may use final custom deliverables, subject to third-party licenses. Dale Works retains reusable systems, code, templates, methods, drafts, and internal files.
  • Source or editable working files are included only when the accepted scope expressly says so.

7. Get Customers

Presence and Customers is $950 monthly and Customers and Complete Growth is $2,250 monthly. Both have a one-month Initial Commitment and then renew monthly until canceled.

  • Only activities in the selected scope are included, which may involve content, design, publishing, profiles, pages, campaigns, forms, tracking, reactivation, reporting, and adjustments.
  • Advertising spend and external platform costs are separate.
  • The customer must provide truthful materials, lawful claims, access, budget, approvals, service capacity, and timely handling of inquiries.
  • Dale Works does not guarantee inquiries, calls, messages, estimates, appointments, customers, contracts, sales, revenue, profit, reviews, clicks, rankings, or platform approval.
  • Examples, averages, and objectives are not minimum guarantees and do not create refunds, free extensions, or results-based compensation.

8. Remote Business Support

Part Time is $2,500 monthly for up to 80 hours and Full Time is $4,500 monthly for up to 160 hours. Both have a two-month Initial Commitment.

  • The customer buys managed remote Service capacity from Dale Works and does not directly hire or employ the assigned person.
  • Dale Works manages assignment, compensation, onboarding, supervision, quality, correction, reassignment, and replacement.
  • The customer supplies lawful priorities, tasks, scripts, prices, schedules, tools, permissions, access, and escalation rules.
  • The assigned person cannot sign contracts, incur debt, transfer funds, change prices, issue refunds, hire or dismiss people, accept liability, or provide licensed advice without documented authority.
  • Unused capacity does not roll over, transfer, pause billing, or create a refund.
  • The Service excludes physical reception, field work, on-site work, licensed activity, unrestricted sensitive-data access, and 24-hour availability.
  • Bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, tips, and additional paid work involving the assigned person must be arranged through Dale Works.

9. Recurring Services, Initial Commitments, and renewals

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • The first payment purchases the entire Initial Commitment. A timely cancellation during the initial 48 hours refunds the first Dale Works payment and cancels the remaining charges in that Initial Commitment.
  • After the initial 48 hours, every payment required by the Initial Commitment remains due. The second Remote Business Support payment is part of the original two-month commitment and does not create another cancellation period.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period. After the Initial Commitment, each Recurring Service renews one month at a time. To prevent the next monthly renewal and allow Dale Works to schedule personnel, capacity, and manual work, the customer must provide written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal charge.
  • Get Customers has a one-month Initial Commitment. To stop its first renewal, Dale Works must receive the written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the first monthly renewal date.
  • Remote Business Support has a two-month Initial Commitment. To stop the third-month charge and end the service after the minimum two months, Dale Works must receive the written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the third-month renewal date.
  • A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.
  • All later monthly renewals follow the same 15-day advance notice rule. No later renewal payment creates a new 48-hour cancellation period or refund right.
  • Cancellation may be submitted through the available subscription portal or by emailing Dale Works. The date Dale Works receives the request controls.
  • The customer is responsible for knowing and monitoring the billing date shown in the Purchase Record, order confirmation, subscription record, invoices, and prior payment history. Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and linked in Dale Works informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other service communications. Failure to open an email, review the policies, or monitor the billing date does not extend a deadline or create a refund.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

10. Private Sessions and Fixed Payment Plan

Private Sessions include six private 90-minute sessions, the Digital Course, materials, notes, and a general 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan. Up to two owners or partners of the same business may participate.

  • The paid-in-full price is $3,750.
  • The Fixed Payment Plan is one $3,900 purchase paid as four monthly payments of $975. It is not a subscription and ends after the fourth payment.
  • The first payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the complete plan. A timely cancellation refunds the first payment and stops all remaining payments.
  • After 48 hours, all four payments remain due. Later installments do not restart cancellation.
  • Failure to schedule, attend, provide information, use content, continue the business, or benefit from the program does not cancel remaining payments.
  • A session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Less notice or a missed session may count as used, subject to a reasonable emergency exception approved by Dale Works.
  • The six sessions normally must be completed within 120 days after the first session unless Dale Works agrees otherwise.
  • Private Sessions are educational review and do not include done-for-you website, design, marketing, administrative, legal, tax, or accounting work.

11. Build a Successful Business

  • Digital Course — $59: one participant; immediate access; 14 modules; approximately 8 hours and 10 minutes; optional tools; no required homework, exam, project, or live class; 12 months of access from purchase.
  • Live Group Classes — $399: one participant; eight weekly online classes of 90 minutes; Digital Course and recordings included; general questions, not individual review; 12 months of course and recording access from the final live class.
  • Private Sessions: six private sessions of 90 minutes; up to two owners or partners of one business; 12 months of Digital Course access from the first private session.
  • Dates, time, time zone, language, and availability shown in the current course information apply to Live Group Classes.
  • Dale Works may reasonably reschedule or substitute an instructor, platform, or delivery method while providing an appropriate alternative.
  • If enrollment is insufficient, Dale Works may hold the classes, offer an equivalent later group or alternative, or refund the affected purchase.
  • Failure to attend does not create a refund after the Cancellation Period when the class is held, reasonably rescheduled, or a recording or equivalent alternative is provided.
  • Live Group Classes may be recorded after notice. Private Sessions are recorded only with express permission.
  • Course content may not be copied, sold, published, shared, broadcast, sublicensed, or redistributed.
  • DaleJobs is separate. The completion certificate is not a license or professional credential. No customers, income, rankings, approvals, or success are guaranteed.

12. DaleJobs purchase, license, and responsibility

DaleJobs — Estimates, Contracts and Project Documents is a $499 One-Time Purchase with no current payment plan or monthly software fee.

  • The purchasing business receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable internal-use license after full payment.
  • DaleJobs is normally installed or shared in a Google account controlled by the customer. The customer must protect accounts, manage users, maintain backups, and keep third-party services active.
  • The customer owns customer-entered information and generated documents. Dale Works retains code, formulas, architecture, interfaces, templates, methods, and reusable components.
  • The license does not guarantee permanent availability of Google or another platform and does not include unlimited future support, hosting, storage, updates, legal changes, migrations, or adaptations.
  • DaleJobs is an auxiliary tool, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, engineering, construction, safety, collection, or compliance advice.
  • The customer is solely responsible for all entered or approved measurements, quantities, prices, costs, taxes, scope, notices, calculations, dates, signatures, delivery, retention, and use.
  • The customer must independently review every document and obtain qualified local advice when appropriate.
  • Dale Works is not a party to the customer's contracts, projects, collections, disputes, liens, or relationships.

13. Third-party platforms and continuity

Services may use Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, social networks, Yelp, domains, hosting, email, telephone, SMS, video platforms, carriers, and other providers. The Dale Works website itself is independently developed and operated by Dale Works.

  • Each provider controls its terms, prices, approval, availability, security, restrictions, refunds, and continuity.
  • The customer must maintain customer-controlled accounts, subscriptions, credentials, domains, and payment methods.
  • Dale Works is not responsible for a provider's outage, rejection, suspension, algorithm change, fee increase, data loss, account closure, discontinuation, or decision.
  • Missing access, verification, approval, or credentials does not convert prepared work into non-delivery.

14. Intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality

  • Dale Works retains its name, website, software, code, DaleJobs, course content, recordings, systems, templates, methods, processes, reusable designs, drafts, unused concepts, internal records, and pre-existing materials.
  • After full payment, the customer may use final custom deliverables made specifically for the customer's business, subject to scope and third-party licenses.
  • No source code, editable working files, prompts, internal notes, credentials, unused concepts, stock licenses, or fonts transfer unless expressly included.
  • Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
  • Each party must use reasonable care with non-public information.
  • The customer must not provide highly sensitive regulated data unless Dale Works expressly agrees in writing and appropriate safeguards exist.
  • Dale Works does not sell, rent, trade, broker, or resell personal information or contact lists.

15. Approvals, delivery, holds, and backups

  • Approvals may be documented electronically. Changes after approval may require additional payment.
  • Digital delivery may occur by email, link, download, shared folder, invitation, installation, transfer, publication, deployment, or notice that work is ready.
  • A Service is not undelivered because the customer does not respond, provide access, approve, schedule, attend, download, authorize deployment, confirm shipping, or accept an available transfer.
  • Dale Works may pause or archive work while customer action is missing. Resumption depends on availability, compatibility, retained files, active platforms, balances, and extra work caused by delay.
  • Dale Works is not a permanent storage, backup, hosting, or archiving service. The customer must promptly download and back up deliverables.

16. Cancellation, refunds, and remedies

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • After the initial 48 hours, One-Time Purchases, Initial Commitments, and Fixed Payment Plans are final as described in the applicable policy.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period and are governed by the 15-day advance cancellation requirement.
  • A renewal charge that is processed because notice was not received at least 15 calendar days in advance is final and non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect after that paid month.
  • Nonuse, non-response, missed attendance, changed needs, business closure, third-party account loss, or dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed results does not create a refund.
  • Detailed rules appear in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
  • A confirmed correctable Dale Works error is ordinarily corrected, completed, re-performed, replaced, rescheduled, or provided through a substantially equivalent alternative.
  • A permanent cancellation by Dale Works without an appropriate alternative is handled under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

17. Professional-advice and result disclaimers

Unless expressly agreed in writing with a licensed professional, Dale Works content, courses, templates, software, documents, communications, and Services are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, employment, medical, engineering, architectural, construction, safety, or regulatory advice.

Services are provided as described and otherwise as available. Dale Works does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility, universal accuracy, third-party approval, customers, sales, revenue, profit, rankings, or another business result.

18. Liability and customer responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dale Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, opportunities, customers, reputation, revenue, profit, or business interruption.

Total liability for a One-Time Purchase or Fixed Payment Plan will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Total liability for a Recurring Service will not exceed the amount paid for that Service during the six months before the event.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or a matter the law does not permit to be limited.

The customer remains responsible for its business, personnel, clients, services, prices, projects, claims, compliance, taxes, licenses, safety, fulfillment, and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted, the customer will indemnify Dale Works against third-party claims caused by unlawful instructions, customer materials, infringement, regulatory violations, customer projects, DaleJobs use, or breach, except to the extent caused solely by Dale Works where indemnification is prohibited.

Industries shown on the website. Industry pages, specialties, and images identify businesses that may hire Dale Works; they do not mean Dale Works provides or is licensed for the customer's underlying trade, profession, treatment, transaction, technical service, or regulated activity. Dale Works is limited to the purchased business, marketing, website, administrative, educational, software, and non-regulated support in the Purchase Record.

  • The customer is solely responsible for every title, license, cédula, registration, certification, permit, sanitary authorization, responsible professional, inspection, bond, insurance policy, training, safety requirement, approval, disclosure, and legal requirement applicable to the customer's business.
  • Dale Works may rely on customer-approved credentials and claims and does not independently certify or continuously monitor them unless a written scope expressly says otherwise.
  • No Dale Works task creates a professional relationship with customer end users. The customer may not identify Dale Works as a license holder, qualifying individual, responsible professional, broker, agent, partner, employer, subcontractor, co-provider, fiduciary, or guarantor.
  • Dale Works may refuse, remove, pause, or terminate work that appears misleading, unsafe, unsupported, unauthorized, or likely to require professional judgment or a license.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer assumes responsibility and will defend, indemnify, and hold Dale Works harmless from third-party claims, regulatory actions, fines, penalties, injuries, property damage, professional complaints, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the customer's underlying operations, unlicensed activity, unsupported claims, or missing authorization, except for Dale Works' fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be waived. The detailed industry exclusions in the Legal Notice are incorporated into these Terms.

19. Suspension and events outside control

  • Dale Works may suspend or terminate work or access for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, security risk, nonpayment, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property misuse, or material breach.
  • Termination does not eliminate accrued charges, commitments, installments, confidentiality, intellectual-property restrictions, or provisions intended to survive.
  • Dale Works is not responsible for delay caused by disasters, war, government action, epidemic, strike, carrier failure, utility outage, cyber incident, platform failure, supplier shortage, or another event outside reasonable control.
  • Dale Works may reschedule, substitute a method, extend a date, or provide a reasonable alternative.

20. Direct resolution, law, changes, and contact

Questions, complaints, cancellations, payment issues, or disagreements must be sent directly to contact@dale.works. Dale Works reviews and responds directly.

There is no mandatory private third-party mediation or arbitration. A neutral mediator may participate only if both parties later agree in writing. Payment providers, banks, platforms, review sites, contractors, and collaborators are not appointed to alter or settle the agreement for Dale Works.

To the fullest extent permitted, Mexico and Mexico City law apply and unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Mexico City. Unauthorized-charge reports, PROFECO access, government remedies, and non-waivable rights remain available.

Dale Works may update policies for future purchases and future eligible renewals. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted purchase or commitment unless accepted or legally required.

Invalid provisions are applied to the maximum lawful extent or severed. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. The Purchase Record, policies, product description, proposal, invoice, and written changes form the entire agreement.

4. Transaction and payment information

Dale Works and its providers may process the order number, selected product and variant, amount, tax, billing address, purchase option, payment status, subscription or Fixed Payment Plan status, invoices, refunds, disputes, fraud signals, and transaction identifiers.

Full payment-card details are normally collected and stored by Stripe, PayPal, another authorized payment processor, or the customer's financial institution, not by Dale Works. Dale Works may receive limited data such as card brand, last four digits, payment status, and processor reference.

5. Technical information, cookies, and similar technologies

  • IP address, browser, device, operating system, approximate location, referral source, pages, timestamps, interactions, cookie identifiers, analytics events, and security logs may be collected automatically.
  • Cookies and similar technologies may support language, forms, cart, checkout, account, security, performance, analytics, attribution, and advertising.
  • Where required, Dale Works will provide cookie choices, consent controls, a data-sharing opt-out page, or recognition of an applicable opt-out signal.
  • Disabling cookies can affect website, account, cart, form, language, or checkout functions.

6. How Dale Works uses information

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about the request.

  • Provide, personalize, install, deliver, supervise, document, and support Services.
  • Request information, approval, verification, payment, scheduling, access, or customer action.
  • Create customer-approved websites, profiles, documents, content, designs, systems, campaigns, communications, and records.
  • Administer courses, attendance, recordings, certificates, materials, access periods, and support.
  • Administer Recurring Services, Initial Commitments, Fixed Payment Plans, cancellations, refunds, and collections.
  • Protect accounts, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, preserve evidence, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
  • Improve quality, accessibility, website performance, communications, security, and internal operations.
  • Send promotional email or other marketing only when Dale Works has the required permission or lawful basis and provides an opt-out.

7. Use of contact information to communicate

When a person provides an email address, telephone number, business contact, or other contact detail for an inquiry, purchase, appointment, course, or active Service, Dale Works may use it to respond, request missing information, send transactional and service updates, schedule, provide support, deliver notices, and administer the relationship.

This operational use does not permit Dale Works to sell the information or automatically enroll the person in unrelated promotional SMS.

8. Customer Care SMS

  • SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
  • Customer Care SMS may include inquiry confirmation, appointment coordination, follow-up, active-project updates, support, payment, or delivery information.
  • Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Dale Works will also honor another reasonable request to stop messages when required.
  • Dale Works does not purchase, rent, scrape, or use third-party lead lists for Customer Care SMS.
  • Mobile numbers, opt-in records, consent language, timestamps, source details, and STOP or HELP history are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Information supplied about other people

A customer may supply personal information about the customer's clients, employees, contractors, suppliers, leads, or other contacts for approved CRM, scheduling, marketing, website, administrative, communication, or service tasks.

  • The customer represents that the customer has a lawful basis, authority, and all required notices and permissions.
  • Dale Works uses that information only for the approved scope, security, legal compliance, and protection of rights.
  • The customer must not instruct Dale Works to contact people unlawfully or use purchased, scraped, misleading, or improperly obtained lists.
  • The customer remains responsible for the source, accuracy, legality, retention, and instructions governing customer-supplied records.

10. Sensitive and regulated information

Do not provide Social Security numbers, complete payment-card data, bank credentials, medical records, protected health information, immigration records, biometric data, government identification, children's data, or other highly sensitive or regulated information unless Dale Works expressly agrees in writing and appropriate contractual and security controls exist.

A general purchase does not create a HIPAA business associate agreement, financial-data agreement, biometric-data agreement, or other specialized regulated-data relationship.

11. No sale, rental, or resale of personal information

Dale Works does not sell, rent, trade, broker, or resell personal information, contact information, customer lists, mobile numbers, or SMS consent information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Dale Works also does not disclose mobile information or SMS consent data for third-party or affiliate marketing.

12. Limited disclosure to service providers and other recipients

Dale Works may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Stripe, PayPal, banks, and fraud-prevention providers that process orders, scheduled charges, refunds, and payment security.
  • Google, cloud storage, email, telephone, SMS, CRM, videoconference, course, hosting, analytics, advertising, shipping, and technical providers used to operate and deliver Services.
  • Assigned specialists, collaborators, and contractors who need the information for approved work and are subject to confidentiality or limited-use requirements.
  • Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, or government authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
  • A successor in a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protection.
  • Another person or organization at the data subject's direction or with valid consent.

13. Advertising technologies and legally defined sharing

Dale Works does not sell personal information for money. Analytics, advertising pixels, audience tools, or website settings may disclose website identifiers or activity to technology providers. Some privacy laws define certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” even when no money is paid.

Where required, Dale Works will provide an applicable opt-out mechanism. Customer-service records, payment details, project files, course participation, and SMS consent data are not provided for unrelated third-party behavioral marketing.

14. International processing

Because Dale Works operates from Mexico and uses international providers, personal information may cross national borders. Dale Works uses reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the Service and provider, while recognizing that no system or international transfer is completely risk-free.

15. Retention and deletion

  • Inquiry data is retained as reasonably necessary to respond, document consent, prevent abuse, and maintain records.
  • Orders, invoices, tax, payment, contract, cancellation, refund, fraud, and dispute records may be retained for legal, accounting, enforcement, and limitation periods.
  • Active-Service files are retained for the relationship and a reasonable period afterward, subject to storage limits and customer backup obligations.
  • SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained to demonstrate compliance.
  • Data may be deleted, anonymized, blocked, or archived when no longer necessary, or retained longer for law, security, litigation hold, another person's rights, or an unresolved dispute.

16. Security and credentials

  • Dale Works uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
  • The customer must use secure devices, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication when available, limited permissions, and timely access revocation.
  • Customers should use delegated access rather than sharing master passwords when supported.
  • No system is completely secure, and Dale Works cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to access, rectify, cancel or delete, oppose or restrict, limit use or disclosure, obtain information, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, or exercise other privacy rights.

Send a request to contact@dale.works with the person's name, contact information, relationship to Dale Works, requested action, and reasonable verification information.

Dale Works may deny or limit a request when retention or use is required by law, contract, security, fraud prevention, another person's rights, or an applicable exception. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively invalidate lawful prior processing.

The website and Services are intended for adults and businesses. Dale Works does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the age of majority without legally sufficient authorization.

19. Third-party websites and independent processing

Third-party websites, social networks, payment providers, customer-controlled accounts, and platforms have their own privacy practices. Dale Works is not responsible for a third party's independent processing.

Working with a regulated business does not make Dale Works the customer's professional provider and does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, broker, fiduciary, engineer-client, architect-client, teacher-student, or similar regulated relationship with the customer or its end users.

Return and refund policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Policy explains Dale Works' uniform 48-hour cancellation rule, final-sale rule, and remedies.

Initial purchases only: the 48-hour Cancellation Period applies to the initial purchase. Monthly renewals are excluded and require 15 days' written advance notice to prevent the next charge.

1. Scope and general rule

Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the independently operated Dale Works website, invoice, proposal, payment link, Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized method.

Sales are final after the applicable 48-hour Cancellation Period, except when Dale Works approves a remedy for confirmed nonperformance or when applicable law requires another result.

2. The initial 48-hour Cancellation Period

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • The rule applies to every One-Time Purchase, the first payment of every Initial Commitment, and the first payment of the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan.
  • It does not apply to the second month of Remote Business Support, later payments in the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan, or any monthly renewal.
  • The exact timestamp on the order, invoice, receipt, or first-payment record controls.
  • The request must be in writing and received at contact@dale.works before the deadline.
  • A customer's intention to cancel, nonuse, later email, missed call, or payment dispute does not make a late request retroactive.
  • A timely initial cancellation permits Dale Works to stop work, release capacity, cancel sessions, disable access, revoke preliminary materials, and stop production when reasonably possible.
  • Dale Works does not have to deliver incomplete drafts, preliminary concepts, internal files, source files, unapproved work, or unfinished configurations after a timely cancellation.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

3. How cancellation applies to each payment structure

One-Time Purchases

The initial 48 hours begin with the one payment. A timely cancellation cancels the purchase and refunds the Dale Works payment. After 48 hours, the purchase is final.

Initial Commitments

The first payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the full Initial Commitment. A timely cancellation cancels the entire commitment and prevents the remaining committed charges. After 48 hours, all commitment payments remain due. The second Remote Business Support payment does not create another cancellation period.

Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan

The first $975 payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the full $3,900 purchase. A timely cancellation refunds the first payment and stops the remaining three. Later installments do not restart the period.

Monthly renewals after the Initial Commitment

Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period. After the Initial Commitment, each Recurring Service renews one month at a time. To prevent the next monthly renewal and allow Dale Works to schedule personnel, capacity, and manual work, the customer must provide written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal charge.

A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.

A processed renewal payment is final and non-refundable and does not open a new 48-hour Cancellation Period.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

4. How to request cancellation

Send the request directly to contact@dale.works.

  • Customer name and business name.
  • Email used for purchase.
  • Order, invoice, subscription, or payment-plan number.
  • Product, variant, or Service.
  • Payment date and requested cancellation.
  • Reasonable information requested to authenticate the customer and prevent unauthorized cancellation.

No retention call or detailed explanation is required. The request is effective when Dale Works receives it.

5. Effect of an approved timely cancellation

  • The eligible Dale Works payment is refunded.
  • Future committed charges included in the canceled Initial Commitment or Fixed Payment Plan are stopped.
  • Access, licenses not yet vested, sessions, capacity, subscriptions, preliminary materials, and unfinished work may be canceled or removed.
  • A refunded customer may no longer use, copy, retain, distribute, publish, or benefit from refunded digital content, software, course materials, drafts, or deliverables.
  • Charges paid directly to an outside provider are separate and remain subject to that provider's terms.

6. Requests received after the applicable deadline

  • A One-Time Purchase, Initial Commitment, or Fixed Payment Plan that was not canceled during its initial 48-hour Cancellation Period is final.
  • A monthly renewal is not subject to a 48-hour cancellation or refund period.
  • To prevent a monthly renewal, Dale Works must receive written notice at least 15 calendar days before the scheduled charge.
  • A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.
  • Dale Works may continue, finish, deliver, or archive work already started or reserved for a paid period.
  • Customer non-response, nonuse, failure to attend, lack of tasks, loss of access, closure of the business, changed priorities, or dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed results does not create a refund.

7. Build a Successful Business

  • Digital Course: a timely request removes access and refunds the $59 purchase. After 48 hours, nonuse or incomplete progress does not create a refund.
  • Live Group Classes: a timely request refunds the $399 purchase. After 48 hours, absence does not create a refund when classes are held, reasonably rescheduled, or recordings or an equivalent alternative are provided.
  • Private Sessions paid in full: a timely request refunds the $3,750 purchase and releases capacity. After 48 hours, the payment is final.
  • Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan: the first payment controls the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the complete plan.
  • Rescheduling a private session is not a cancellation of the complete purchase and follows the 24-hour scheduling rule in the Terms.
  • If Dale Works permanently cancels paid classes or private sessions and provides no transfer, rescheduling, equivalent alternative, or correction, Dale Works will provide the required appropriate remedy.

8. DaleJobs

  • DaleJobs is a $499 One-Time Purchase.
  • A timely request cancels installation or access, terminates the license, and refunds the purchase.
  • After 48 hours, failure to install, provide a Google account, use the system, or agree with documents generated from customer data does not create a refund.
  • Errors, omissions, calculations, legal suitability, project disputes, or outcomes caused by customer-entered information or customer use do not make the purchase refundable.
  • A correctable Dale Works installation or configuration error is ordinarily corrected rather than refunded.

9. Get Customers and Remote Business Support

  • The first payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the full Initial Commitment.
  • A timely initial cancellation refunds the first payment and cancels the remaining commitment charges.
  • After the first 48 hours, the complete Initial Commitment remains due.
  • The second month of Remote Business Support is part of the original Initial Commitment and does not have a separate cancellation period.
  • Monthly renewals after the Initial Commitment are excluded from the 48-hour rule.
  • Written cancellation must be received at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal charge to stop that renewal.
  • A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.
  • Unused marketing activity, hours, capacity, tasks, content, support, or opportunities do not roll over or create a refund.
  • Results below an objective, example, or historical average do not create a refund.

10. Customized services and customer approvals

  • Business Ready, Professional Business, Ready to Grow, and other customized One-Time Purchases may be canceled only during their 48-hour Cancellation Period.
  • After 48 hours, customized work remains non-refundable even if the customer changes direction, stops responding, closes the business, delays access, or no longer needs the work.
  • A customer-approved error, customer-supplied error, new direction, new information, extra revision, out-of-scope request, or customer-caused reprint is not a refundable Dale Works error.
  • A confirmed correctable Dale Works error is ordinarily corrected, re-performed, replaced, reprinted, or reshipped.

11. Physical and personalized materials

Personalized folders, printed materials, business cards, branded items, and other custom physical goods are not returnable after the 48-hour Cancellation Period because of preference, change of mind, an approved spelling or data point, or normal production variation.

  • Do not send a return without written authorization from Dale Works.
  • Do not send a physical return without prior written authorization. If Dale Works approves a return, Dale Works will provide the authorized return instructions and destination.
  • Report visible damage, incorrect production, or a material difference from the approved version promptly and provide photographs, packaging, labels, and reasonable evidence.
  • For a confirmed Dale Works production error, the ordinary remedy is correction, reprint, replacement, or reshipment.
  • Carrier loss or damage is handled with the carrier as described in the Shipping Policy.

12. Customer participation and non-delivery

  • The customer may need to provide information, access, verification, approvals, photographs, selections, appointments, shipping details, signatures, or deployment authorization.
  • A Service is not undelivered merely because the customer does not respond, approve, schedule, attend, download, provide access, authorize deployment, confirm an address, or accept an offered transfer.
  • Dale Works may place work on hold or archive it. This does not restart the 48-hour Cancellation Period.
  • Resumption depends on current availability, compatibility, retained files, outside platforms, payment status, and additional work caused by delay.
  • Dale Works is not a permanent storage, backup, or hosting provider.

13. Outside charges and taxes

Advertising platforms, domains, hosting, software, applications, telephone, SMS, shipping carriers, customs, duties, and other outside providers control their own charges and refunds.

A timely Dale Works cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund a separate charge paid directly to an outside provider. The customer must cancel those services with the provider.

14. Dale Works nonperformance and correction

When Dale Works confirms that a material included Service cannot be provided for reasons attributable solely to Dale Works, Dale Works may first offer completion, correction, re-performance, replacement, rescheduling, transfer, or a substantially equivalent alternative.

If Dale Works permanently cancels a material Service and provides no appropriate alternative, Dale Works will issue the refund or other remedy required by the agreement and applicable law.

This section does not apply when performance is prevented by the customer, an outside provider, an unsupported account, an unlawful instruction, or an event outside reasonable control.

15. Refund processing and payment errors

  • Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
  • Dale Works generally initiates an approved refund within 10 business days.
  • The bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized payment processor may require additional processing time outside Dale Works' control.
  • Unauthorized, duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrectly calculated charges may be reported directly to Dale Works for investigation.
  • A payment dispute does not by itself cancel an agreement, Initial Commitment, Fixed Payment Plan, or undisputed valid balance.

16. Acceptance, applicable law, and contact

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the customer has read and accepts this Return and Refund Policy, including the initial 48-hour Cancellation Period and the 15-day advance cancellation requirement for monthly renewals.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

17. Licenses, permits, credentials, and industry compliance

The customer's failure or inability to obtain, maintain, renew, prove, or lawfully use a title, license, cédula, permit, registration, certification, insurance policy, responsible professional, sanitary authorization, operating notice, inspection, approval, or other industry requirement does not make a Dale Works Service defective.

  • After the applicable initial 48-hour Cancellation Period, that circumstance does not create a refund, credit, extension, transfer, or cancellation of an Initial Commitment or Fixed Payment Plan.
  • Dale Works may pause work, remove claims, stop publication, refuse communications, or terminate access when the customer's status could make continued work misleading, unsafe, unauthorized, or unlawful.
  • A customer-caused pause or termination does not eliminate payment for work performed, reserved capacity, committed periods, or fixed installments.
  • This section does not limit a remedy for Dale Works' own confirmed failure to provide a material included business Service.

Purchase options cancellation policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Policy explains monthly renewals, Initial Commitments, and the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan.

Current recurring rules: Get Customers has a one-month Initial Commitment and Remote Business Support has a two-month Initial Commitment. Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour rule and require at least 15 calendar days' written notice to prevent the next charge.

1. Scope

Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs the current monthly Recurring Services and the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan offered through the independently operated Dale Works website, invoice, payment link, Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized method.

2. Current purchase options

  • Get Customers — Presence and Customers: $950 monthly; one-month Initial Commitment; then monthly renewal.
  • Get Customers — Customers and Complete Growth: $2,250 monthly; one-month Initial Commitment; then monthly renewal.
  • Remote Business Support — Part Time: $2,500 monthly; up to 80 hours per paid month; two-month Initial Commitment; then monthly renewal.
  • Remote Business Support — Full Time: $4,500 monthly; up to 160 hours per paid month; two-month Initial Commitment; then monthly renewal.
  • Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan: four monthly payments of $975, total $3,900; automatically ends after the fourth payment and does not renew.

The Digital Course, Live Group Classes, DaleJobs, Business Ready, Professional Business, and Ready to Grow are One-Time Purchases and are not current recurring purchase options.

3. Consent and authorization

By selecting and completing a Recurring Service or Fixed Payment Plan purchase, the customer expressly confirms and authorizes the displayed amount, frequency, dates, Initial Commitment, total fixed price, renewal or completion rule, cancellation method, and future scheduled charges.

The completed purchase is the customer's informed authorization for the payment schedule shown in the Purchase Record.

4. Initial 48-hour Cancellation Period

The 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase. It begins at the exact date and time the first applicable payment is processed and includes weekends and holidays. Dale Works must receive the written cancellation request before those 48 hours expire.

  • For Get Customers and Remote Business Support, the first payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the entire Initial Commitment.
  • For the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan, the first $975 payment opens the only 48-hour Cancellation Period for the complete $3,900 purchase.
  • A timely initial cancellation refunds the first Dale Works payment and stops all remaining charges included in that Initial Commitment or Fixed Payment Plan.
  • After those first 48 hours, all committed or fixed scheduled payments remain due.
  • The second Remote Business Support payment and the second, third, and fourth Private Sessions payments do not create another cancellation period.
  • Monthly renewals after an Initial Commitment are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

5. Initial Commitments

Get Customers

The first payment purchases a one-month Initial Commitment. If it is not canceled within the initial 48 hours, that month is final. To prevent the first renewal after that month, Dale Works must receive written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the first renewal date.

Remote Business Support

The first payment purchases a two-month Initial Commitment. If it is not canceled within the initial 48 hours, both months are contractually due. The second payment does not restart cancellation. To prevent the third-month charge, Dale Works must receive written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the third-month renewal date.

Nonuse, lack of tasks, missing access, non-response, closure of the business, or changed priorities does not pause or eliminate an Initial Commitment.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

  • The 15-day notice requirement applies to every month after the Initial Commitment.
  • A cancellation request received at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled charge prevents that renewal.
  • A cancellation request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal does not stop that renewal. The next monthly charge will be processed, that paid month will remain final and non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect after that paid month so that no later renewal is charged.
  • Monthly renewal payments are excluded from the 48-hour Cancellation Period and are final and non-refundable once processed.
  • The paid renewal month may remain active through its end unless the customer asks Dale Works to stop work earlier. Stopping work earlier does not create a refund or credit.
  • Unused hours, capacity, tasks, work, or opportunities do not roll over or create a credit.
  • The customer may submit cancellation through the available subscription portal or by email.
  • Dale Works may send courtesy reminders or other billing communications, but the customer's obligation to monitor the billing date and meet the 15-day deadline does not depend on receiving a separate reminder.
  • These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

7. Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan

  • The plan is one complete purchase, not a subscription, free trial, membership, or separate monthly purchase.
  • The total price is $3,900 and the payment schedule is four monthly payments of $975.
  • The first payment confirms the entire purchase and authorizes the remaining three charges.
  • A timely cancellation within 48 hours after the first payment refunds that payment and stops the remaining charges.
  • After 48 hours, all remaining payments remain due.
  • Failure to schedule, attend, provide information, use materials, continue the business, or benefit from the program does not cancel remaining payments.
  • A failed charge may be retried and future sessions, access, support, or materials may be suspended while payment remains overdue.
  • The plan ends automatically after the fourth payment. No cancellation request is required at completion.

8. Cancellation method and effective date and effective date

Cancel directly through the available online subscription portal or by emailing contact@dale.works.

  • Include the customer and business name, purchase email, order or subscription number, Service, and requested cancellation.
  • Dale Works may request reasonable authentication information.
  • No retention call is required.
  • The request is received on the date it is correctly submitted through the portal or received by Dale Works.
  • Receipt of a request does not mean it stops the next charge unless it was received at least 15 calendar days before that charge.
  • If fewer than 15 days remain, the next renewal will be charged and cancellation will become effective after that paid month.
  • The customer should retain the cancellation confirmation and is responsible for monitoring the effective date.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

9. Price or plan changes

A price, frequency, or material renewal-term change applies only to a future eligible renewal after clear advance notice. The customer may cancel before the changed renewal is charged.

A change does not alter a completed Initial Commitment or the Private Sessions Fixed Payment Plan without the customer's agreement.

10. Pauses, changes, and transfers

There is no automatic right to pause, skip, downgrade, transfer, or change an Initial Commitment, Recurring Service, or Fixed Payment Plan. A change is valid only when Dale Works agrees in writing and may require a new Purchase Record.

11. Failed payments and suspension

  • The customer must maintain a valid payment method.
  • A failed, declined, reversed, or disputed charge does not eliminate a valid Initial Commitment, Fixed Payment Plan, or undisputed balance.
  • Dale Works may retry a valid charge and suspend Service, sessions, support, delivery, or access while payment remains overdue.
  • Dale Works will not knowingly continue charging after a valid cancellation becomes effective for future eligible renewals.

12. Direct resolution and legal rights

Questions, cancellation issues, and billing disagreements must be sent directly to Dale Works at contact@dale.works. Dale Works handles the review and response directly.

No mandatory private third-party mediation or arbitration applies. A payment provider or platform is not appointed to alter the underlying agreement on behalf of Dale Works.

The customer remains responsible for monitoring billing dates and submitting cancellation at least 15 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

13. Acceptance and contact

By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that the customer has read and accepts this Policy, the Initial Commitment, the monthly renewal structure, and the 15-day advance cancellation requirement.

These contractual rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A mandatory, non-waivable consumer right that applies to a particular transaction will control only to the extent required by that law.

Shipping policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Policy explains digital delivery, remote performance, installation, physical production, and shipment.

Most Dale Works purchases are digital or remote. Physical delivery applies only when expressly included.

1. Scope and general delivery rule

Dale Works is a business operated and administered from Mexico and may provide Services remotely to customers in the United States and other countries. References to “Dale Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Dale Works as the Mexico-based provider.

Most Dale Works products and Services are digital or remote. A physical shipment is included only when the selected variant, proposal, invoice, or Purchase Record expressly identifies a physical item.

2. Digital and remote delivery

Digital or remote delivery may occur by email, download, shared folder, Google Drive, Google Sheets, account invitation, installation, videoconference, course portal, website publication, file transfer, calls, SMS, or another reasonable electronic method.

  • The customer must provide a correct email address and authorized account.
  • The customer must check spam, maintain internet access and compatible devices, protect credentials, and download available files.
  • Delivery occurs when access, a link, invitation, file, publication, installation, or notice that work is ready is provided.
  • Dale Works is not responsible for a customer's failure to open, download, attend, activate, or accept available delivery.

3. Build a Successful Business delivery

  • Digital Course: delivered through course-account activation or access instructions.
  • Live Group Classes: delivered through enrollment confirmation, current dates and times, meeting links, digital materials, live classes, and recordings.
  • Private Sessions: delivered through scheduling, videoconference, course access, notes, materials, and the general 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan.
  • No physical book, folder, or printed workbook is included unless the Purchase Record expressly states otherwise.
  • Failure to attend is not non-delivery when a class or session is held, reasonably rescheduled, or an included recording or equivalent alternative is provided.

4. DaleJobs delivery

  • DaleJobs is a digital product and is not physically shipped.
  • It is normally installed, copied, configured, or shared in a Google account controlled by the purchasing business.
  • Delivery occurs when it is installed, copied, shared, invited, linked, or declared ready for the authorized account.
  • If Dale Works requests the correct account, verification, information, or availability and the customer does not provide it, customer delay does not make DaleJobs undelivered.
  • The customer must protect the Google account, manage users, maintain backups, and keep outside services active.

5. Get Customers and Remote Business Support delivery

These Services are delivered remotely through work performed during the paid period, which may include onboarding, planning, research, content, messages, calls, scheduling, CRM work, documents, pages, campaigns, tracking, reporting, meetings, coordination, supervision, and other activities within scope.

Planning, setup, reserved capacity, availability, quality review, and ongoing management are part of delivery even when there is no single final downloadable file.

6. Websites and custom digital deliverables

  • Websites, profiles, email configurations, logos, presentations, documents, designs, and files may be delivered by link, shared folder, transfer, publication, account access, installation, or deployment.
  • Deployment may require a domain, hosting, DNS, Google, email, verification code, customer-controlled account, or authorization.
  • When customer action is missing, Dale Works may deliver an export, staging version, file set, transfer offer, or notice that work is ready.
  • Customer delay does not convert completed or available work into non-delivery.

7. Physical materials in professional-presence packages

Professional Business and Ready to Grow are configured as shippable variants in the current catalog because they may include business cards, a physical presentation folder, or other custom materials when the selected scope identifies them. Business Ready is digital unless its Purchase Record expressly includes a physical item.

No physical item is promised solely because a variant can collect a shipping address. The accepted package description and Purchase Record control what will actually be produced and shipped.

8. Production timing and approval

Production and shipping estimates begin after Dale Works receives the required information, final content approval, correct shipping address, payment, and any necessary outside authorization.

  • The customer must approve names, phone numbers, emails, physical addresses, website addresses, services, licenses, prices, QR codes, spelling, quantities, colors, designs, and shipping information.
  • A customer-approved or customer-supplied error may require paid correction, reprint, or reshipment.
  • Estimated dates may change because of revisions, customer response, volume, printing availability, carriers, weather, customs, or events outside reasonable control.

9. Shipping address and delivery attempts

  • The customer must provide a complete, accurate, accessible address and authorized recipient when required.
  • The customer is responsible for delay or cost caused by an incorrect or changed address, unavailable recipient, refused package, inaccessible location, carrier restriction, unpaid duty, or customs issue.
  • A returned package or customer-caused reshipment may require additional shipping, storage, update, reproduction, or handling charges.
  • Do not send a physical return without prior written authorization. If Dale Works approves a return, Dale Works will provide the authorized return instructions and destination.

10. Carriers, tracking, customs, and outside costs

When available, Dale Works may provide tracking. Carrier timeframes are estimates. Dale Works does not control a carrier's loss, damage, delay, interruption, strike, weather response, customs decision, or operational error.

  • Dale Works will make reasonable efforts to assist with an available carrier claim but does not guarantee the carrier's decision or timing.
  • Shipping, duties, import taxes, customs fees, special handling, and insurance are included only when expressly stated.
  • Cross-border delivery may require customer payment of import or carrier charges.

11. Damaged, incorrect, or defective physical materials

Inspect delivered materials promptly. Report a problem to Dale Works with photographs, packaging, labels, tracking, and a clear description.

For a confirmed Dale Works production or fulfillment error, the ordinary remedy is correction, reprint, replacement, or reshipment. Refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

12. Non-response, holds, and archived delivery

  • When delivery, installation, printing, publication, or shipment requires customer action and the customer does not respond, Dale Works may place work on hold or archive it.
  • Customer non-response is not non-delivery and does not create a refund after the 48-hour Cancellation Period.
  • Resumption depends on availability, compatibility, file retention, access, outside providers, outstanding balances, and additional work caused by delay.
  • Dale Works does not guarantee indefinite storage, hosting, preservation, or immediate resumption.

13. Cancellation and relationship to other policies

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, selected variant, and Purchase Record also apply.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the customer has read and accepts this Shipping Policy. This Policy is publicly available on the Dale Works website and linked in relevant Dale Works emails and purchase communications.

This page provides the official public contact channels for Dale Works and explains how to submit inquiries, service requests, cancellations, privacy requests, support questions, and legal communications.

Dale Works is operated and administered from Mexico. Services may be provided remotely to customers in the United States and other countries.

1. Official contact channels

Business name: Dale Works
Operating location: Mexico
Email: contact@dale.works
Telephone: (888) 594-2121
Website: dale.works

Only communications received through an official Dale Works channel or another channel expressly authorized by Dale Works should be treated as communications to Dale Works.

2. General inquiries and purchases

Prospective customers may use the official email, telephone number, website forms, or another Dale Works channel to request information about products, variants, pricing, availability, scope, payment options, dates, or the purchasing process.

Submitting an inquiry does not require Dale Works to accept a project, reserve capacity, hold a price, provide professional advice, or begin work. A purchase or Service relationship is governed by the applicable product description, selected variant, Purchase Record, and Dale Works policies.

3. Existing customers and support

Existing customers may contact Dale Works regarding onboarding, access, scheduling, required information, approvals, delivery, DaleJobs installation, course access, active marketing work, Remote Business Support, billing records, or another matter related to an active purchase.

To protect customer information and prevent unauthorized changes, Dale Works may request reasonable authentication information before discussing an order, changing access, modifying billing information, canceling a Service, releasing files, or responding to a privacy request.

4. Cancellations and recurring services

Cancellation requests may be submitted through the available subscription portal or in writing to contact@dale.works. The date on which Dale Works receives the request controls.

  • The initial 48-hour Cancellation Period applies only to the initial purchase, as described in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
  • Monthly renewals are excluded from the 48-hour rule.
  • To prevent the next monthly renewal, Dale Works must receive written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the scheduled renewal charge.
  • A request received fewer than 15 calendar days before the renewal does not stop that charge. The paid month remains final, and cancellation becomes effective after that paid month.
  • The customer is responsible for monitoring billing dates shown in orders, invoices, confirmations, subscription records, and payment history.

The complete cancellation terms are contained in the Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

5. Privacy requests

Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, opposition, restriction, limitation of use, withdrawal of consent, marketing preferences, or another applicable privacy right may be sent to contact@dale.works.

The request should identify the person, the relationship with Dale Works, the information or purchase involved, the action requested, and reasonable verification information. Dale Works handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Legal notices and complaints

Questions, complaints, payment issues, cancellation disagreements, notices of unauthorized use, intellectual-property concerns, and contractual communications should be sent directly to contact@dale.works.

Dale Works reviews and responds directly. A bank, payment processor, platform, card issuer, review site, contractor, collaborator, or other private third party is not appointed to interpret, alter, waive, or settle the agreement on behalf of Dale Works.

This does not prevent a person from reporting an unauthorized charge, contacting PROFECO or another competent government authority, or exercising a right that applicable law does not permit the person to waive.

7. Information required in a request

When applicable, include:

  • Customer and business name.
  • Email address and telephone number associated with the inquiry or purchase.
  • Order, invoice, subscription, proposal, or payment-plan number.
  • Product, variant, or Service involved.
  • Payment date, scheduled renewal date, appointment date, or delivery date.
  • A clear description of the requested action or reported issue.
  • Supporting files, photographs, receipts, screenshots, or records reasonably necessary to review the matter.

Do not send complete payment-card information, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, privileged legal information, protected educational records, or other highly sensitive regulated information through ordinary email, SMS, or website forms.

8. Electronic communications and records

Dale Works policies are publicly available on the website and may be linked in informational emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, delivery messages, and other Service communications.

The customer is responsible for maintaining current contact information, reviewing communications, monitoring billing dates, and retaining relevant confirmations and records. Failure to open an email, check a spam folder, review a public policy, or monitor a payment date does not extend a contractual deadline.

Electronic records, including emails, forms, account notices, invoices, subscription records, approved messaging channels, and project-system entries, may be used to document requests, approvals, notices, deliveries, and communications.
