What you learn how to solve

Connect the work, the numbers, the customers, and the operation.

Knowing how to do the work is only one part of the business. You also need to know what you are selling, what it really costs, how customers move forward, and how the work stays organized after they say yes.

01

Build a business that can operate

Clarify services, business information, records, licensing and insurance questions, separated finances, and when a requirement belongs with the right professional or authority.

02

Price the work before you sell it

Connect materials, labor, time, overhead, markup, margin, collections, cash, and profit so the price can support the business.

03

Turn interest into real work

Present the business clearly, choose where to find opportunities, respond, qualify, estimate, follow up, and move the customer toward a clear decision.

04

Organize jobs and grow with control

Connect schedules, documents, changes, invoices, payments, responsibilities, useful numbers, and the capacity to take on more work.

Different work, similar business decisions

The type of project changes; the business still has to support the work behind it.

A contractor, architect, designer, engineer, or project professional may deliver very different work. The business still needs clear services, sustainable pricing, customers, follow-up, documents, payments, and repeatable processes.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting

Start with an idea, your first independent projects, or a business that already has customers.

The course is designed for different starting points. You do not need employees, a large company, or business-school experience. You need to understand the decisions that turn the work into a business you can actually operate.

  • You are graduating or beginning to take on projects or jobs of your own.
  • You already do the work independently, but prices, documents, or processes change every time.
  • You already have customers and need better follow-up, organization, or control of the numbers.
  • You want to grow without every decision, message, document, and problem depending only on you.

Complete curriculum

9 modules that connect the business from the first decision to responsible growth.

The modules are not isolated topics. They follow one progression: build the foundation, understand the numbers, win and manage work, organize the operation, and decide how to grow.

Swipe to keep exploring

01Understand the shift

From worker to owner

Understand why doing the work and being responsible for customers, money, risk, people, and results are different jobs.

02Build the foundation

Turn the idea into a business that can operate

Organize the basic pieces of a serious operation and learn which requirements must be confirmed for your location, structure, and type of work.

03Understand the numbers

Design a business that leaves money before selling

Connect costs, labor, materials, overhead, time, pricing, collections, cash, and profit before accepting the work.

04Present the business

Turn the business into something a customer can understand and buy

Define services, customers, service area, capacity, presentation, and the signals that make the business easier to trust.

05Find the right channels

Get opportunities

Understand referrals, past customers, Google, relationships, platforms, advertising, and when each channel makes sense.

06Connect the complete job

Take a job from first contact to final payment

Follow inquiry, qualification, visit, estimate, follow-up, approval, contract, deposit, scheduling, execution, changes, invoices, payments, closeout, and real profit.

07Build a repeatable operation

Turn individual jobs into a business that works every day

Organize customers, projects, files, photos, documents, messages, dates, payments, and next steps so the business does not depend on memory.

08Create room to grow

Build capacity beyond the owner

Understand the functions a growing business may need, what each person needs to know, and what the owner should still control.

09Decide what comes next

Run a profitable business and grow without losing control

Review useful numbers, protect quality and cash, prioritize problems, and grow only when the business has the capacity to support it.

Coordination between office and field team during a job
The central module

Follow a job from the first inquiry to the final payment.

The longest block of the course connects the decisions that are often handled separately. You see how the customer, estimate, documents, execution, changes, payments, and final job cost belong to one continuous process.

  • Qualify the opportunity before spending time on a visit or proposal.
  • Build and present an estimate with clear scope, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and next steps.
  • Move approval into the right agreement, deposit, schedule, materials, and responsibilities.
  • Manage changes, documentation, invoices, payments, receipts, and closeout without losing the history of the job.
  • Review the real cost and profit after the work is complete, then use the result to improve the next job.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before reserving your place.

Who is this course for?
For contractors, architects, graduates, independent professionals, and entrepreneurs who want to start, organize, or grow a business around construction, architecture, or projects.
Do I need an existing business?
No. You can use the course while evaluating an idea, beginning to take on work of your own, organizing informal work, or improving a business that already has customers.
Is this technical construction or architecture training?
No. It does not teach design, calculations, construction, inspection, or how to perform a trade. It teaches the business that has to operate around that work.
Does it teach licenses and permits?
It explains the kinds of questions, records, licenses, permits, insurance, and authorities a business may need to consider. It is not license-exam preparation and does not replace the requirements of your state, city, country, or profession.
Does the course only apply in one city, state, or country?
No. The business framework is broader. Legal, tax, licensing, insurance, and professional requirements vary by location and must be confirmed where you operate.
What language is the course taught in?
The live instruction is in Spanish.
Is there required homework or an exam?
No. There is no required homework, workshops, exams, or deliverables.
Can I ask questions during the live course?
Yes. General questions can be answered when they are within scope. The course does not become individual legal, tax, licensing, engineering, architecture, or other regulated professional advice.
Does the course guarantee customers, sales, income, or a successful business?
No. The course teaches business concepts and processes. Results depend on your decisions, market, execution, customers, capacity, and the work you do afterward.

Knowing how to do the work is not enough; you also need to know how to build and run the business around it.

Learn the complete business in one live weekend, then decide what you need to implement next.
